Accommodation and Facilities

Surface area: 300m2 divided in two floor. Ground floor: Entrance hallway leads to hall and open plan living and dining area furnished with large white chaise long sofa wood table in front of the open fire place and 2 built in wall benches. Dining table with chairs for 6 people and open plan kitchen area is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, 4-ring ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine/dryer. Living area and dining area have large glass windows with sea views and access to the pool and garden. The kitchen has a door leading to the back of the house. Next to the kitchen there is a guest toilet. Ground floor is completed with two rooms: one designed as TV room & working space (it can be also used as sleeping room). The second room is a double room with queen sized bed (1.60m x 2.00m). Both bedrooms share a bathroom and have direct access to the garden area and swimming pool. First floor: There are two bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with bath tubs: the master suite (queen-sized bed 1.60m x 2.00m) has a small private terrace. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m). Both bedrooms have sea views. Grounds; Walled in plot of 1000m2 accessed through electric gates with parking space for 2 cars. The Pool area is accessed from the living room or ground floor rooms and from the side of the house. Integrated swimming pool with seating area on one side equipped with Dedon style sofa and table and outdoor shower. Separate terrace with direct access to the kitchen for all fresco dining and barbecue.
