Our three bedroomed detached home is ideally situated in a quiet and secure Bonita Springs neighbourhood close to everything the area has to offer. It benefits from a double-sized corner plot and is surrounded by lots of mature palms, which provide a relaxing environment in which to enjoy the large, south-facing and fully-screened pool area.
Having been completely renovated, the home has a remodeled kitchen with quartz counter tops, new high-end appliances and all the equipment necessary to feel like a home away from home. The master bedroom suite and one of the guest bedroom have queen-size beds with the other guest bedroom having twin beds, however the configuration of the bedrooms can be changed to accommodate differing requirements. There is a second, guest, bathroom and all bedroom and bathroom linens are of a very high quality, which contributes to the overall feeling of luxury. The two larger bedrooms benefit from separate cable set-top boxes and plasma TVs.
The light and spacious lounge is equipped with a large plasma TV, internet-linked Blu-Ray player (offering Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc.) and a sound bar. The CenturyLink Prism system has 180 TV channels, 10 Mbps wi-fi and free US long-distance calls. There are books, CDs and DVDs for those times you want to stay indoors but, given the property’s garden and pool area, we find those occasions to be few and far between!
The 30’ x 15’ heated pool is south-facing and is part of the fully enclosed, floodlit 1800 square-foot lanai that provides a safe area for dinning, playing with the kids or just chilling out. There is an outdoor gas BBQ and enough seating and loungers to ensure your every comfort is taken care of.
