This house is located in the Beachside community which is situated centrally on the Isle of Palms but away from the traffic of Palm Boulevard. The houses located on Sand Dune Lane are the closest to the beach you can get on Isle of Palms!! The house set-back rules on Palm Blvd do not apply here! Our guests really enjoy the privacy within Beachside as well as our community pool and tennis facilities. This neighborhood is right beside the county park, which is the only lifeguarded section of the beach on the island. You can also easily walk to the downtown area of Isle of Palms with many great restaurants, beach shopping, ice cream shops, island night life, and more!
This house features a very nicely decorated screened-in porch, hardwood flooring, dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless internet, and a beach shower. There are 3 Flat Screen TVs throughout - 1 in the Living Room, 1 in Master Bedroom, and 1 in Upstairs Bedroom - all with DVD players.

You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach towels, chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a 'starter set' of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you may need to purchase these items after you arrive.
The great location, size of the house, and reasonable price are by far a GREAT DEAL for a family beach vacation!! The Isle of Palms has the only beach in South Carolina or Georgia listed as a Blue Wave Beach! We have now received this award for more than 10 years in a row. We are very proud! We have been renting a vacation home at Isle of Palms for 10 years and each year it has been through Carroll Realty. We have never been more pleased with the service. Once we decide which dates we want to reserve, everything is taken care of. Whenever we had any issues with our rentals, the response from the office was immediate. We are very pleased with the professional and pleasant service that we consistently receive and would recommend Carroll Realty to anyone planning to visit the area.
