You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the unit. With over 1,950 sq ft the unit is very spacious and newly furnished.
Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix West condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 47' flat screen HDTV in living room with 32' TVs in the bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. The Master bedroom has a King bed, the 2nd bedroom has an IKEA Queen bed and the 3rd has two Double beds. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room.
There is a lazy river, water slide, outdoor pool with a fenced-in kiddy pool, heated in-door swimming pool, two Jacuzzi's, state-of-the-art fitness center, 4 saunas and a roof-top tennis court.

While Phoenix West is a great complex, this condo is even better. We would definitely pick to stay in this particular unit again. It is truly one of the most well equipped condos in which we have ever stayed. When at the beach, we really like to cook since the kids (and the adults) don't like to come in early enough to shower for restaurants. This kitchen had everything we could even think of needing. The bedrooms were all comfortable, and sleeping ten people allowed everyone a comfortable space. All of the kids and adults had a blast. You will not be disappointed with this condo!Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Great Condo! Perfect for teenages children. There was so much for them to do with the lazy river indoor pool and slide right on the beach. Good time! And so relaxing.Recommended for: Families with teenagers.
