Set in spacious gardens, 3BR villa is predominantly open-plan in design. The large living, kitchen and dining area is located at the back of the house, and the French-style windows that run along one side open out onto the beautiful terrace and extensive gardens. The dining table seats up to 10 people. Complete with a stylish shaded outdoor dining area, the spacious patio is linked to the large swimming pool via a paved walkway. Each of the three double bedrooms has have been tastefully and thoughtfully decorated in keeping with the clean lines and classic elegance evident throughout the rest of the house. The large master bedroom comes complete with a designer en-suite bathroom, whilst the two twin bedrooms share the second bathroom. All bedrooms have built in cupboards and views of the garden. In the center of the garden is the large private swimming pool with a teak deck on one end for the sun beds. The property has a private drive with a locked gate and a roofed parking for 2 cars.
