Great home for a family reunion. Floor plan was perfect for a large group. Location is close to 1st Beach and Cliff Walk. Owners are great. Kids enjoyed 1st and 2nd beaches each day. Large screen TV and internet were great as we watched Olympics each nite and kids used tablets. Barbeques off back porch were fun. Not far to Newport National for golf. Other activities were enjoyed were a polo match in Portsmouth, comedy show, mansions, shopping and kids did crabbing. Plenty of parking, which is rare in Newport area. Everything in the house worked. We could not have enjoyed our stay more. We highly recommend this.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, families with young children, girls getaway.

About the owner: We are a family of four who enjoy the beach, surfing, skiing and outdoor recreation. We built this custom home in 2002 and enjoy spending the off season in Middletown.
