  Thank you so much for sharing your condo in Provo with us. It was perfect. We loved the location and the resort amenities. Also thank you for the fruit and wine. That was a very nice touch. We enjoyed our sunset glow worm tour with Sail Provo and our snorkeling and conch tour with Caicos Dream tours. We ate at Coco Bistro, TikiHut, Baci, Pattys Place, the bakery across the street, Seaside Cafe. All were excellent!!! We took a scooter around the island. Ate at Bugaloos twice and loved it. Went to the island fish fry on Thursday (very good food!). Found Pelican Beach by asking someone in the neighborhood -went shelling. Walked up to the Salt Mills and downtown for shopping. Enjoyed the beach and the very nice pool. Went to the casino. All this plus more in one week! The turquoise and warm salt water was beautiful and fabulous! We had a great time! Thanks for all your suggestions and being there for us!

We wake up and go get some croissants and come back and have myself a nice cup of coffee. We then spend our time between meals at the beach snorkeling and wondering when we can retire and live there 6 months a year. The beaches are truly one of the best in the world.   Just returned from a lovely vacation in Turks and a wonderful stay at Villa Azzura at OCW. The owner, Shahab, was excellent to work with and especially patient when we experienced difficulties with Canada Post and the US Postal Service. The information he provided us about the various beaches and restaurants was very helpful and we whole heartedly agreed with his high praise of The Patty Place and Thai Orchid. We were greeted at the condo by Adrian, who was very friendly and responsive to all of our questions during our stay. The condo itself was perfect for our friends and ourselves (2 couples). The unit was roomy, immaculate, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was well equipped given that we prepared the majority of our own meals during our our stay. Although the unit is situated on a fairly busy road, we did enjoy having a balcony and sat out each morning and often in the evenings - enjoying the warm island breezes. The OCW resort is very well maintained, and we never had difficulty finding chairs, umbrellas and towels. Although it may look on the site map like the Plaza at OCW (and the unit) are quite a distance from the beach - it really is only a quick and easy 2-3 minute walk - the same that we have often experienced at any resort we've stayed at in the Caribbean. We would take a daily 2-3 mile walk each morning along the beach looking at the various resorts and all agreed that we were very happy with our choice of Villa Azzura, would definitely stay here again and would not hesitate in recommending it to our friends. Thank you for sharing your home with us - we had a lovely time in Turks and we certainly hope to return soon!

Knowing where to go, what to eat, where to shop, and all other information makes a vacation easier and more fun. As you said, the difference being right at the pool area or our place is only a short one minute walk. On the other hand, we are just that much closer to the restaurants and shops. Having a balcony is very nice even though us having 3 young kids, we find ourselves at the beach most of the day and walking in the eveining time. We hope to share our paradise with you soon.

  We recently got back from a fantastic family vacation at this property. We have been to Turks and Caicos on two other occasions and the beauty of the island, the blue clear water, the nice people and the exciting excursions make this our favorite destination in the Caribbean. On our previous visits, we stayed at other island hotels/resorts and while we had good experiences there, this was absolutely our best stay yet. The condo was modern and clean and worked exceptionally well for our family -- two preteens. It offered all the benefits of a resort, but allowed us to have all the comforts of home. It was centrally located so that we could walk to the wonderful supermarket or into town for some quick shopping. The amenities of Ocean Club were also great as we enjoyed playing tennis, relaxing on the beach and using the bikes to tour the island. The property at the Ocean Club was beautiful and well maintained, with a fabulous pool for all ages, a convenient little cafe, the Seaside Café, where we could grab a quick bite. We loved the relaxing environment overall. There were plenty of lounge chairs and beach towels at all times which was a key difference with some of our previous experiences. It was a very relaxing trip and we were able to do everything on our own time frame and didn't feel rushed at any time. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed!

The other reason we chose this island is that it is very safe and as our kids grow up, we don't have to worry about them going out to the beach or walking at night time alone.   Our family of four stayed here for spring break this year. The condo was exactly as represented and was a perfect location for us. We were walking distance to many restaurants and the grocery store. The beach is a very short walk through the resort and is absolutely beautiful! The condo was a wonderful place to relax and hang out. We were able to have many meals in the condo and the living area was great for watching movies in the evening. We were travelling with 2 teenage boys, so having the extra space was wonderful! The owner was very helpful and provided tips and information about the area. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again!

  Shawn was very professional and patient from day #1. We had many questions given this was our first VRBO experience. All pictures are very accurate. The condo is well maintained and a joy to be in after a day in the sun. The information package Shawn put together in terms of what to expect and where to visit/ eat/ shop was excellent. There are many fine restaurants and a great french bakery all within walking distance. Adrian greeted us at the condo despite arriving 30 min late due to a late flight. He was also prompt in meeting us when we were leaving. The mid week cleaning was great. The spacious condo had everything one could want while on vacation and more! The amenities available to guest via OCW were wonderful. We really enjoyed the balcony first thing in the morning for breakfast. Our family of four really enjoyed the entire week. Thank you Shawn. We hope to be back next year!

It is nice to know what we need to take and what to do when we get there so that we don't waste our time in tourists traps. It is nice to be close to many restaurants and even though some are expensive, it is great for one or two nice romantic dates with the spouse. Once our guests visit Provo, they all want to come back as it is one of the nicest beach in the world. We just hope that our house can make our guest's stay and vacation even that much better.   Awesome place! Turks and Caicos is absolutely one of the best places in the world to unwind. The condo is in an excellent location that is walkable to quite a few places... The beach is pristine and there are quite a few great restaurants as well. Caicos Cafe across the street has some of the best food that I have ever eaten! The condo was clean and very comfortable and just perfect for our vacation. In addition the owner provided us with wonderful information before arriving. Great suggestions and contacts! To sum it up this condo is professionally run and looked after. We would go back in a heartbeat.

  A nice place for relaxing and a perfect location! The owner was very helpful before our arrival and easy to get in touch with. The condo is exactly what we were looking for, as everything you need and the pictures displayed are accurate. Walking distance from boutiques, restaurant and grocery store. The pool and the beach are beautiful ... Weather was perfect. Thanks again for everything, we had a good time!

After our first vacation, my wife and I decided to come back every Summer to Provo as it is trully beautiful.   We just got back from an amazing stay at Shawn's condo. From the beginning, Shawn was great with communication. He took his time to explain the amenities of the condo and offered recommendations of various sites, restaurants and excursions on Provo. We talked on the phone a few times and he also emailed several times to make sure we were completely comfortable aware of all that the condo and Provo had to offer. I was able to print the emails and referred to them a few times when we were on vacation. By far the best experience we had with renting on VRBO (and we have used the site several times). The condo was awesome. Extremely clean, spacious and comfortable. The condo is at the back end of the resort but the walk to the beach was still a very short distance (like 3 minutes at the most) and it it actually worked out great for walking to the grocery store or into town. I should also add that the condo was extremely sound proof as I know we had neighbors on both sides and never once heard either of them (we had a 2 year old who was with us - so I was glad that they most likely did not hear us either!). The resort itself is very well manicured and maintained and has an amazing piece of beachfront directly in front. We never had trouble getting chairs at the pool or the beach or tables at the restaurant and I heard that the resort was at 90% occupancy when we were there. Overall 5 stars and would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Grace Bay. We hope to go back some day and would definitely rent from Shawn again.

It is so much better to have all the info from someone who has been there or lived there so that you do not end up in tourist traps. We love our house and it's location because we are close to everything and you can walk to them all. Having not to run to the beach to save a spot is a big plus as it is very hard to wake up early to mark your territory. The house is very quite and most of the tenants there are long term or owners so you won't have wild guests. Once again, we thank you and hope to have you and the family back soon.
