I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had renting this beautiful two bedroom condo in paradise. We were looking for a beautiful beach destination outside the continental U.S. to spend a week with our 7 year old daughter while she was on spring break from school, and this is where we landed. From the initial inquiry through the end of our stay, the owners and their local liasons doted on us, embellishing us with information to plan and maximize our stay, taking prompt, courteous care of our every need and query, and delivering a level of customer service lost on most businesses & vacation property owners alike in this day and time. The condo was in pristine condition and super clean, as well as being well-appointed with excellent furnishings and finishes. They've thought of every convenience one might want and made sure their renters feel as home here as they do. The resort ammenities are abundant, guests of the resort mingle and converse around the barbecue grill area in the evenings like old friends from Mr. Roger's Neighborhood, and almost everyone we met was a repeat visitor to the island AND this resort. Those like us who were first-timers vowed to return. This particular condo may well be the best value. You can sit on the huge outdoor patio at any time of day and enjoy the beauty of the island's mangrove trees and numerous bushes, flowers and plants. There's a nice gentle breeze, and a calm quietness that reminds you that you are indeed on vacation for rest & relaxation. Inside the condo you have more space than is afforded elsewhere within the resort. The structural integrity of the building and this condo are amazing. We never heard any of our neighbors during our stay. Having an owner who is not local to the island yet knows to tell you tour with this company, rent your car from those folks, dive/snorkel with this group, eat at that restaurant, try these items from the French bakery across the street and tell Tatiana I said hello, buy your novelty gifts/souvenirs at this shop, purchase your groceries from that store location...who does that for you when you go on vacation to make sure you never have a sub-par experience? If you stay in the Plaza Building at Ocean Club West, these owners do. It's a quick 3 minute walk to the pool and beach...and my favorite hammock ever, where I took an hour nap undisturbed one afternoon. Did we miss having a direct oceanfront view of the bay? For $2,000 saved, no way...come stay!

We ourselves are going for our 3rd straight Summer. As much as we love seeing new places, my wife and I have decided with being safe and being always on the top 10 beaches in the world, there is no reason to explore other islands at this time but I am sure we will do so when the kids are older. This condo was clean, beautiful and spacious! It was also very nicely decorated and well situated in Grace Bay. Upon our arrival, we were met by Adrian, our host with cold cloths, a fresh fruit bowl and a bottle of wine. A very gracious touch indeed and it really made the difference (we had spent one week in another condo on the island). The resort was fabulous too and much time was spent either by the pool, on the beach or playing tennis. We ensured we did a few spots at the gym too. Given the location, you don't really need a car as everything is within walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful time. The condo was large and comfortable. When we arrived there was a basket of fruit and a bottle of wine waiting. Location was perfect. Walk to store and out to eat. The beach is a short 2 minute walk away. Don't hurry there is a chair for everyone.

Exceeded expectations

From first enquiry to the apartment itself all aspects of this rental exceeded expectations. The owners responded quickly to my enquiry gave us a wealth of valuable suggestions which made our stay even more enjoyable. The apartment itself was spacious and very well appointed. The thoughtful provision of a large bowl of fruit, a bottle of wine and a bottle of spring water meant we could head to the beach on our arrival afternoon rather than head to the shops. We may not have had a view of the beach, but we intended to be outside during the day, not inside looking out so we preferred the added privacy of our location and the convenience for unloading luggage and walk to shops and ice cream. There are no tall buildings opposite so we had a pleasant view of the inland part of the island when inside. We also had full use of all of Ocean Club's facilities and there were always plenty of bikes, umbrellas, loungers, and beach towels even during the peak vacation week. The local property reps, Jenny and Adrian were lovely and very available should we have questions and problem, however everything went so smoothly we only saw them on arrival and departure. Perfect Location

I couldnt have asked for a better location. It was within walking distance to several restaurants and shops. The condo had everything you need. We did cook a few meals there, and had breakfast there most days. The condo was very tastefully decorated, and very roomy and comfortable for two couples. The bedrooms each have their private bathrooms. It was a short, enjoyable walk to the beach through the well manicured ocean club west. We coukd use all the amenities at the resort ( pool, restaurant, gym, and even check out movies for the nights you wish to kick back. Shawn was very nice and informative of the area. Some reviews complained about Turks and Caicos high prices, but I found restaruants to be very comparable to other resorts and even restaurants back home. Groceries were a tad higher, but nothing to worry about. I highly reccommed Turks and Caicos and the ocean club west plazza!!!!

Who knows, someday you may want to become an ex-pat as the belongers call tourists who become resident of TCI. The prices are slightly higher for most of the items but then again most touristy areas are these days. My family and I cook more there than we do in our primary house but somehow it is actually fun when you are on vacation, oddly.

We stayed at this beautiful condo for 11 nights.It could not have been more perfectA very short ( 3 minute) walk to beautiful Grace bay beach at ocean club west, Aso a very beautiful pool area with BBQ grills fou us to use.They were never that busy,we used them one night only,because there are so many wonderful places to eat nearby,including Ocean clubs own seaside cafe.We rented. Car only because their were 4 of us and we had certain sites we wanted to see.Sapadilla bay is gorgeous if a little hard to find,highly recommend going thereThe owner checked in by email to make sure everything was o.k. And had on site people there to greet us and take care of any issues,there were none. This condo was great! No surprises,It looked just like the pictures,the great deck was perfect for sitting on in the morning and evenings,very spacious. I highly recommend this place! I will always have a spot in my heart for Provo!

A perfect place to stay...

We absolutely loved our stay in Shawn's condo. Both he and his wife looked after us from start to finish. The condo is gorgeous and more spacious than we had imagined. It was the perfect place to come back to for a rest in the afternoon (maybe a nap on the balcony which my hubby enjoyed). We loved that it was just a short walk through the beautiful grounds of ocean club west to get to the pool, the ocean and the restaurant yet also close to groceries, car rental and little shops. The best of both worlds. The unit is fully stocked with everything for the kitchen, televisions in each room, wonderful linens, comfortable beds and much much more. I guess I can't rave enough. We will definitely stay again when we come back to the island. Oh, and Jenny, Adrian and the other sweet gal were very kind with offering suggestions on what to do and see. They couldn't have been more accommodating. It's the little touches that make the biggest impact!

Great Location

This was my 1st time to Grace Bay. The condo was so comfortable I was calling it home after a couple of days. It truly has everything that you need and is in a great location. There are many shops and restaurants all within walking distance. Shawn was so helpful in answering all of my questions about the island and the property itself. He was even gracious enough to mail information such as dining guides to my home prior to arriving on the island. The Dive Provo dive shop is across the street and was so convienient! We had a wonderful week and will be back for sure!

Great Condo in Grace Bay!

Villa Del Azzurra was perfect for our family vacation. From Shawn that helped us in many ways and made us feel very comfortable during our stay. As for the condo, it is very clean, new, and everything is just as shown and advertised; it was so much more than we ever expected. In fact the video doesn’t make justice for what the condo really looks and feels like. It’s much bigger from what the images shows. The living room is very spacious and perfect place to relax, watch some TV in their huge flat scree ( which we also used to connect our camera and see photos/vidoes taken during the day) . The AC is great. The owner has thought of many details down to the plush towels in the bathroom, shampoos and gel bath, and the lovely dining table set up. The kitchen is very well appointed. Even the washer and dryer became handy. There was nothing else we needed. Details, like providing a cell phone we can use during our stay, made our stay a memorable one. The Condo is across the street from a great French bakery and other little stores. It is also 5 minutes’ walk to a comprehensive North American supermarket, with a great selection of wines, groceries, produce and already prepared food. There are also great eateries close by but if you prefer to cook in which we did a lot, you will the kitchen well equipped . It is also located 10 minutes walk from Grace Bay Car Rentals. Highly recommend renting a SUV and touring the island ( don’t miss Long Bay Beach). A HUGE plus to this condo, is the benefits of using the amenities of OCEAN CLUB WEST as Villa Azurra is part of the Resort. From using beach towels and chairs at the beach, their bikes, tennis courts, swimming pools and access to their large selection of DVDs at the lobby. – all of these at no extra cost! Note that the condo is located at the end of the resort, therefore the view from the condo balcony is not to the beach and to access the pool and beach, there is a nice short walk through the gardens of the resort to the front of the property. (Less than 2 minutes). This allowed us to stay at a resort and enjoyed all the amenities at a very reasonable price. Our family spent an amazing week in Providenciales with great weather and we take with us great memories from staying at Villa del Azurra.

Beautiful

This was our first visit to Turks and Caicos. We spent a wonderful five days in the heart of Grace Bay at Villa Del Azzurra. The Villa was a beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom unit. It was spacious, well equipped and offered all the conveniences of home. The owners Shawn and Gurvinder were helpful, kind and informative when booking the villa. Upon arrival we were met by the property manager Jenny who welcomed us with not only a bottle of wine and fresh fruit basket but was very helpful and informative. We loved the casual atmosphere and its fantastic location. Villa del Azzurra is within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and local grocery store. The villa is only steps from the reception area, beach, tennis courts, fitness center and spa. The grounds are kept pristine and the pool was sparkling clean with chairs, tables and grills. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. Beach chairs were available every day with umbrellas up and ready for use. The beach had no crowds, was clean, quiet and very peaceful. The resorts outdoor restaurant, The Seaside Café was a wonderful place to relax, enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. We highly recommend the Villa del Azzurra and plan on staying here when we return next year to the beautiful Island of Turks and Caicos.
