  "My son was attending a conference at a nearby resort where we could have stayed. Instead I found your condo and we couldn't have been happier. The private beach was beautiful and we were able to walk to the Kioskos from there. The roof top terrace was a delight during the day and evening. We had everything we needed to feel at home. I really appreciated how accommodating you were with our schedule of arriving at 4:00 AM ! El Yunque Rain Forest was a highlight of the trip and it was so convenient to our location.   We found the apartment just as described and enjoyed our stay. It was very quiet and we loved the nice beach so close. The rental was very well stocked and cared for, plus the conveniences of beach chairs and beach towels. We only wished we had the right tool to try and open a coconut for fun! Customer service was excellent with clear communications. The location was nice for easy access to nearby "things to do". We recommend this stay and hope to return ourselves.

  My wife and I took her mother here for her birthday -- absolutely lovely apartment! Only about 100 yards from a beautiful beach, comfortable bedrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen that let us cook when we didn't want to eat out. We loved relaxing on the balcony at night listening to the coqui frogs, or up on the private roof deck (with a gas grill, a hammock, and a picnic table). The owner met us in San Juan and was accommodating in every way. The apartment's also near a ton of great restaurants, and El Yunque rainforest is close as well. I would recommend a rental car to get around the island, but if you're goal is to sit on the beach and relax, you won't really need one. The only thing it didn't have that we would've liked is some lounge chairs on the roof deck, but that's a minor thing compared to all the wonderful aspects of this condo. Enthusiastically recommended!

  If you are looking for tranquility and on a budget.This is the place.I enjoyed the Brightness and views of this apartment.Traveling alone I needed a safe and peaceful environment.On arrival at car rental ,the owners where there to greet me.Very helpful.They made me feel welcomed to this tropical paradise.First thing I did was my groceries.The Kitchen is well supplied and very clean.I enjoyed cooking my own island food every day.I did not move the car unless I had to buy something at the local grocery store.A 5 minute drive.Also the prices for food there was economical.The back balcony is a beautiful view of your own tropical forest.The night sounds of the tiny tree frog called coqui is very relaxing.The upstairs terrace offers beautiful view and ocean sounds.No need to pack to much clothes.With a washer and dryer available.The community is what I needed for much quiet time.I will come back.

  Thank you for allowing me to use the lovely apartment. It was just as described on website and provided a cozy relaxing place to stay while on vacation. The owners were great to work with and went out of their way to drop off the keys and additional information. Thank you again! The roof top balcony was an added bonus providing more room than I knew what to do with and the grill came in handy on evenings when I just wanted to stay in and didn't want to drive around looking for restaurants. The views from the balcony were great and it was quite quiet up there. Very clean and homey, didn't feel like a rental, but more like home. Felt safe with the gated parking lot and convenient access to the beach. Nice area to take a walk along the beach or road in the morning. Will definitely stay here again on a future trip, as well as recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rent while in Puerto Rico. I didn't want to leave!

  My boyfriend and I stayed here the first week in February. We had a fantastic time! The apartment is amazing! It was way more room than we needed but we booked it anyway because of the pictures on this website showing the rooftop terrace. It does not disappoint! The views are excellent! We wished all our friends could be there with us so that we could have a party up there! The rest of the apartment is also fantastic. The master bedroom is roomy with a super comfy bed. We didn't sleep in the other room so I can't say how those beds are. Both have A/C units which we only used 2 nights. Usually we kept the window open with the ceiling fan on for those awesome tropical breezes... The balcony is great for some shady, quiet reading space overlooking a "jungle"-like area. The living room and kitchen were also extremely clean and modern. We drank the tap water and didn't have any problems. The entire complex seems very new and modern. The access to the beach is just steps away. The gate takes you out to a "point" area and you can stay right there or walk either way to great beaches -- the Monserrate Beach and the famous Luquillo kiosks are within walking distance if you take a left out the gate! Although I wouldn't try to do this after dark -- and you do have to wade through some very shallow water (in some spots) when the tide is in. The location of the apartment complex is wonderful. San Juan is only 45 minutes away and Fajardo is only 10-15 minutes away if you want to take the ferry to Vieques or Culubra or take a snorkeling tour. We went to Vieques for one night and did the bio bay tour over there. It was AMAZING! This is a must-do for your trip. You don't have to go to Vieques - you can take one from Fajardo. It's also only 10 minutes or so from the entrance to El Yunque rain forest which is spectacular! Finally, the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. They met us at the car rental place when we arrived and handed off the keys along with tons of information about the apartment and about Luquillo and things to do around there. We would highly recommend staying here!

  AMAZING!!! the apartment was very cozy, clean and comfy. The terrace views were extraordinary, the beach was calm, which helped me relax and rest! The owners were very nice, made sure I had everything I needed, and even advised me about places to visit... I will rent this apartment again and tell my friends about it!! Now, back to upsate New York
