Enjoy a family vacation in our comfortable oceanside beach home located at 10 Green Heron Road in Sea Pines on a walkway only 675 feet to the ocean. There are no roads to cross to get to the beach. The house has five bedrooms which include two master bedrooms with king-size beds, one of which has a trundle bed in the room and three bedrooms with two twin beds in each. The home has a large 16' by 32'fenced in private pool and hot tub. Please contact us for more pictures.
While most people recognize that Sea Pines Plantation is the premier location on Hilton Head Island, this property is located in one of the best locations in Sea Pines for a family vacation. It is located on the ocean side of Sea Pines Drive, on a walkway and close to the Ocean Gate for easy access into and out of the Plantation. The beach in this area is wide, great for walking, watching dolphins, and distant from the public access points which allows one to have their own quiet little retreat.
We, the owners of this property, have personally handled the rental for over 15 years and pride ourselves on the fact that we have over 90% of our business from repeat rentals. This is our only property and we spend time every spring making sure the house has everything working and that it has all that is needed to feel comfortable in everything from the very well equipped kitchen to the hot tub. Under no circumstances are pets or animals allowed in or on the premises.
