Enjoy your complimentary bottle of wine as you relax on the screened patio of this lovely condo overlooking the second green. The fully equipped galley kitchen has granite counter tops, glass top stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Comfortable living room with flat screen TV . Drop leaf table for intimate dining. Separate washer/dryer area. The bright and spacious bedroom, with a queen size bed, provides lots of closet and drawer space. All linens are provided. Separate computer area with printer/scanner/copier and wifi hook up (bring your own laptop). Directv, dvd player. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided. Also tennis racquets and golf clubs for use on the premises. Whether you are a tennis player, golfer or just want to sit around the pool/beach and relax, Ocean Village will fit your needs. If you are into fitness, there is a great fitness room on premises, and classes in water aerobics, zumba, yoga etc. There is a small library within Ocean Village for borrowing books, VCS and a limited DVD selection.
Besides the executive golf course on the premises, there are many golf courses within a short drive. Our information book will give your all the information on these. St Lucie West is the home of the NY Mets/St Lucie Mets baseball team. A biking path runs along Hutchinson Island (bike rentals at nearby rental shop). Kayaking at various nearby spots (rentals also available at rental shop). Our guest information book will provide you with phone numbers etc for the above activities.
The beach at Ocean Village is a great place for pompano, blue fish and other species all year round. There is excellent fishing at the south jetty at Fort Pierce inlet. The PPCobb bridge also has two catwalks which offer escellent Indian River fishing.
There is a very active tennis group within Ocean Village open to anyone.
Many museums, (including the Navy Seal Museum on nearby north Hutchinson Island) restaurants, shopping within a short distance.
Theatre at the nearby Sunrise Theatre in Fort Pierce, two theatres in nearby Stuart, and in Vero. Stuart also boasts a charming shopping and restaurant area in downtown. Vero Beach has some great waterfront restaurants and is home to the outlet center.
Orlando and its many attractions is about a two hour drirve and the Kennedy Space center about an hour and forty five minutes away.
As noted above we will provide you with restaurant information, reading material and brochures for local attractions and activities all to help you decide how to spend your days at Ocean Village and environments.

Newly purchased unit. Already own in OV and this opportunity presented itself. In the past we have been visited by grandchildren etc. and now we have an additional place to accommodate them. Has not been on the rental market before.

We own the adjoining condo and if you have friend wishing to come to OV with you, but still need your own space and some privacy, both units are available for rent.
