This is a relaxing, secure, community with two well maintained swimming pools with hot tubs and very well maintained grounds. The white sand beach is a 5 minute walk away.
You will have your private key code to enter the complex and there are several security cameras and personnel onsite as well.
This condo includes a gas fireplace, enclosed garage, laundry/dryer, new central A/C unit, broadband internet/cable and really basically everything. Just bring your luggage and you are set!
