In just minutes, play a round of golf or head into Rocky Mountain National Park for unparalleled hiking, fishing or horseback riding. Finish the day with dinner at any number of restaurants downtown, a concert at Performance Park (on the river) and walk home. People watch from your private balcony overlooking the whole downtown.
This high-end loft in the heart of town has soaring ceilings, gas fireplace, full bath with an enormous walk-in shower, expanded kitchen with high end appliances and private deck overlooking the Main Street. Even though you are in the middle of it all, you will feel miles away while relaxing in this quiet, modern, luxury unit. Living, dining and separate sitting areas all part of an open, sunny space.

Stayed at this unit w/ two other friends. We had stayed at other apartments/lofts in downtown Estes before but this was by far our favorite. Great, relaxing location to come home to after a long day of hiking and mountain climbing. The place was very clean, modern and just plain awesome. Loved the bathroom. When we head to Estes again, we'll definitely seek out this place again.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

It was one of our most relaxed vacations ever in Estes Park. A great location. The room was clean and quiet. We had coffee on the balcony almost every morning. We enjoyed being able to walk to all the shops on Elkhorn and to multiple restaurants. The owner answered our questions very promptly. The pull out bed was not as comfortable as it could be, but that was the only issue our children had because they loved everything else especially the shower.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing.
Owner response: Thanks for the feedback on the sleeper sofa. As a result we are replacing the standard sofa mattress with a thicker, better mattress for the comfort of our future guests.

The loft was beautiful, pictures don't do it justice. It had a very comfortable home feel. Even though you are on the main street, the unit was completely quiet when you wanted to sit back and relax away from it all. We had all the amenities of home with the addition of the beautiful Estes & RMNP scenary, it was an excellent choice. An added plus was we were able to bring our little dog with us. She loved people watching from the deck. Would definitely visit again! The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We had a great stay!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, pet owners, age 55+, sightseeing.

About the owner: My husband (an architect) and I were involved in the original development and recently repurchased some of the loft units based on the success and popularity of our loft we manage in the same building (listing 98379). As original design/developers, we are committed to make more of these truly unique Estes Park properties available to those who are looking for a 'less rustic' Estes Park retreat.
Why the Owner Chose Estes Park:
Estes Park is one of the most stunningly beautiful places in the country. Hiking, climbing and any outdoor activities are right out the front door and one could spend years exploring the miles of trails in the National Forest and Rocky Mountain National Park.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Sitting on the deck in the morning sun was my favorite thing to do. The great room also has so much light, it almost feels like being outside. This property is one of a kind in Estes Park, for those with a love of the Mountains, but not the 'cabin' type. It's a great combination of a mountain getaway with all the amenities you'd expect of a luxury property.
