This beautiful vacation home is located in The Hamlet at WestHaven, an upscale highly desired gated resort community, only 9 miles from Disney, minutes to Champions Gate Golf course. After a fun filled day at the Disney theme parks or on the golf course, what would be better than a swim in the southeast facing swimming pool and soaked in the spa, or relaxing in the lounger from the huge balcony overlooking the tennis court and open space right in the backyard! You can cook a nice dinner by the pool using our super sized gas BBQ grill.
This huge 3200 square feet villa The large master suite with a king-size bed and its own private bathroom, leads to the huge balcony overlooking the swimming pool/spa. Two other suites and four more guest rooms with one king, three queen beds and four twin beds, and two queen-size sofa sleepers, sleeps up to 18 people. 7TVs and free WIFI are provided.

There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of large shopping malls and designer outlet stores in the vicinity.
The Gulf Coast is only an hour or so away to the west, with the perfect white sandy beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. This side of Florida is also the home of Busch Gardens, a park blending the latest rides with a variety of wild animals.
To the east it is an easy journey to destinations such as Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Center.

We had a great time with our three adult children and their kids. It was great to get together at one location since everyone is scattered across the country. We have rented vacation homes in Orlando before and thoroughly enjoyed them. My expectations when we arrived were to find a clean usable house. Because of the issues below we moved to a hotel and later that night got an email from the owner that indicated I needed to LOWER my expectations. This house had the following issues. ? Pool was dirty and not heated (which we paid extra for) ? Hot tub did not work ? Several screens around the lanai were torn which I am guessing is where the dead bugs on the pool surround came from. ? Refrigerator, freezer and ice maker were not working properly. (The freezer side did keep the food we brought cold) ? There were some tiny little ants around the kitchen faucet. ? Of the seven bathrooms only three had toilet paper. (There were two extra left in the kitchen. I just didn’t know that was a supply I should have brought with us) ? House sleeps 18 and there were 10 bath and 5 hand towels and 5 wash clothes. ? One of the upstairs bedrooms had such a bad smell that we could not use it. The management company said we had to talk to the owner about moving to another house. The owner said that management would come and fix everything. They came and could give us supplies but because it was about 8:00 pm it would be the next day before the other issues could be looked at. Since we were only staying four days we felt this was not acceptable. I tried the owner back several times and they didn’t pick up. These owners do not accept credit cards. You would need to send the payment by PayPal or check which leaves you with no recourse if there is a problem when you arrive. The house size is very choppy especially to hold 18. To make the 7th bedroom they moved the dining room table into the family room, making it crowded and put up a wall between the front room and dining room. The thermostat was locked so you could not set it below 750.Owner response: We understand people have different standards and perspectives when it comes to how you look at things, some positively, some negatively. It's odd to us that such a review is posted SIX MONTHS after the rental, not to mention whether those items are objective and truthful or not. We feel it's pointless to spend time arguing and defending on something happened way in the past. It's much more worthwhile looking forward, not backward. What we can say is in the past six months, many things have changed, home improvements taken place; new appliances replaced; and the house is now under a new management team! We have had numerous happy and appreciative guests. Our other guests' very positive feedback and comments on this site from 6 months ago up until now are a good proof of that! We hope people in this world are happier and more appreciative, which will make everyone's life easier and more enjoyable!

We had a wonderful vacation and absolutely this home rental. Ann and Gary responded so quickly through the whole process. It made everything easy. The hot tub was a great solution for my dad after a day at Disney. He said it helped his muscles recover which was proven as each morning he was the first ready to go. There was plenty of space for all 11 of us. Between the pool, hot tub, billiard tables and tennis courts we stayed busy at the home. Disney is a short drive away and there is a grocery store nearby too. I would recommend this home rental to anyone!Owner response: Thank you so much Sarah! It as a pleasure working with you! we had a fantastic time staying at Ann and Gary's beautiful villa. everything we could possibly need was provided. as a party of 10 there was plenty of room for us all to be together but to also have our own space when we wanted it. it was lovely to come back from a day at the parks and relax in the spa with a drink or have a game of pool in the games room. we wouldn't hesitate on renting from ann and Gary again.
