Luxury 3BR 3BA End Unit 1201 Awesome Views -May/June Special!

  We stayed at Sanibel #1201 for a week (9/1-9/8/12) a couple days after hurricane Isaac came thru. We were very worried about the conditions down there, but as promised everything was great! We stayed in this property with 6 adults and 3 kids under 5, and there was plenty of room! You can easily fit pack n play's in the rooms with the king beds. The best thing about this property besides the great decor is the amazing view you see from the instant you get 10 feet into the condo! The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'll need, and the full size laundry was perfect for washing all of our beach stuff everyday (really should have packed less)! The building almost seemed empty, our best guess was only around 15 units occupied the week we were there, as school was already back in session & a hurricane had just ripped thru. Great pool area, and the walk accross the street to the beach really isn't all that bad, this unit does have a beach cart which makes transporting everything over to othe beach not that bad. We went to Lulu's for dinner (ok) and the Hangout (amazing place for KIDS and ADULTS), we rented a pontoon boat one day and also did the Cold Mil dolphin cruise which EVERYONE loved, it's a 20 minute drive over to Orange beach, but completely worth it! If you are looking for a place with above the average decor and VERY COMFY KINGS BEDS, that boasts an amazing view-this is your unit! Being on the 12th floor was the perfect view! I wouldn't stay on floors 2-6 as you are just to close to the pool and I'd imagine when it's busy its VERY loud-the 12th floor was perfection for view and privacy! We really hope the owner's start renting out the penthouse as when we return next year we'll have even more people with us since we loved it soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

• Great Condo!!

  We just returned home from staying 5 nights in this great condo. The pictures don't do it justice- the view hits you as you enter the front door. This is an end unit and we didn't hear a sound or footstep from any neighbors! We mostly hung out on the amazing balcony and enjoyed the breeze and sea view. I liked how all 3 bedrooms have an en suite bathroom and the kitchen is very well stocked w/ brand new Paula Dean cookware and even a crock pot. The location is great- more on the quite side of gulf shores, surrounded by beach houses instead of crammed in between other condos. We loved our stay at this great condo:)

  Wow! This condo is so warm, inviting, and luxurious. The floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall view of the ocean is spectacular. I was even inspired to cook with the fun Paula Deen cookware while gazing at the unobstructed view of the waves. The bedding is top-of-the-line in quality, and the wrap-around sofa is super comfortable, too! We also enjoyed the extra balcony at the back of the condo with the view of the bay. Our daughters each enjoyed their own bedroom and private bath. The furnishings are exquisite, and we took pictures to try to recreate the look in our own home! The Sanibel condo is centrally located in Gulf Shores and convenient to all the great restaurants and activities. We especially love Lulu's and Tacky Jack's. Although the Sanibel is across the street from the beach, it is a convenient, safe, and easy walk across the street. Couldn't ask for more in a beach retreat, and Trudy is by far the best to work with in making your accomodations perfect. We will definitely be back!

  I had not been down to the Gulf in ages and was looking for a place to accomodate 4 adults and 2 kids. This place was PERFECT! Everything you could ask for and more. Hope to make it back again soon. Enough space for everyone and close to everything.

  We really enjoyed our stay!!! Trudy made it very easy for us to book our vacation!! If we are ever in the Gulf Shores area again we will definately stay in the 1201 suit again!!

  My wife and I stayed here during the Hangout Festival with a friend of ours from Memphis. The location was perfect. Just far enough away to be out of the congestion but close enough that everything we wanted to see and do were only minutes away. We’ve spent quite a bit of time in the Gulf Shores area and this condo is one of the finest units we’ve seen. And Trudy is by far the easiest and most helpful person we've rented from. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone travelling to the area.

  This place was absolutely wonderful. We were a bit skeptical about its location on the north side of the highway, but we are skeptics no more. we really liked the views of bot the Gulf and the Lagoon. Its location farther west, away from some of the activity of Gulf Shores, was also a big plus for us. We are absolutely spoiled now, and our standards have been raised considerably. We are definitely interested in staying here again! Thanks

  I cannot say enough about the beautiful property! The place is immaculate, beautifully appointed, and convenient to all of the area attractions. The view of the Gulf is breathtaking, and a two minute walk across the street puts you right on the beach. My sons loved the pool which because of its depth is safe even for non-swimmers. There was even a welcome bottle of wine waiting for us when we got in. The listing is accurate, and the pictures don't do it justice. This was my first visit to the area, and staying here definitely made it great!

  My family just spent spent four days in this unit and we absolutely loved it!!! We were greeted with this spectacular view of the beach as soon as we stepped inside. We hadn't expected to see the beach at all because of the location across the street so this was a pleasant surprise. The condo is decorated beautifully, like a layout in a magazine but warm & inviting. The bedrooms were all nice & spacious with beds so comfortable that we really had to drag ourselves out of them in the mornings! As parents we quickly staked our claim on the room with the balcony & view of the lagoon. There was plenty of room in the living area for us to all relax together but still have our own space. This was great for our 10 & 13 year old who love being in the same room but sometimes can't stand being near each other! We've used several different types of vacation rentals but this unit had the best kitchen area. Everything we needed or could even think of needing for food prep was there. The area was nice and quiet which is definitely a plus. I spent a lot of time just taking in the view, sunshine & gulf breezes right from the main balcony. We were also only a short drive away from all of the great seafood restaurants, shopping and activities in the area. It was so nice to be able to go out and play during the day and return to a place that really felt like your home. I would recommend this rental to anyone visiting Gulf Shores but a part of me just wants to keep it as my own little secret hideaway. My family & I were a little sad to pack up and leave so we spent part of the drive back home planning our next back to "our" condo!
