Beacons 4 features amazing gulf views from your private balcony! * SATURDAY TO SATURDAY rental in season. * Four (4) night minimum off season. * Assigned parking for 1 car. with extra spaces on a first come first serve basis. **This is a DOG FRIENDLY property: We allow one dog, 30 lb maximum. A non-refundable dog fee of $150.00 (plus sales tax) is required. Guest must provide a signed credit card authorization up to $1,000 that may be used by Garrett Realty Services, Inc. in case of excessive damages caused by dog.
