San Clemente, the Western White House of former President Nixon, is a charming Spanish style village by the Pacific Ocean. This home located near the 'T' (the cross streets of Del Mar and Camino Real) offers charm and modern sophistication. The location is ideal to walk to restaurants and the beach and local boutiques for shopping. Nearby in Newport Beach is Fashion Island for the shopper or Laguna Beach for the art lover. Dana Point harbor is just a short trek up the coast for fishing and boating excursions and more restaurants and shops. My husband and I stayed at this new condo in San Clemente for 10 days and it was beautiful, all they promised it would be. The location is great, we could walk to the beach, and restaurants and shopping were just a block over. The main living area was sunny with an open floor plan and a pretty view. Best of all was the roof deck for BBQing and watching the sunset over the ocean. The house was well stocked with everything we needed, although next time we might look around to see if we could rent bicycles nearby. We will definitely return to this condo.

There is a bicycle rental on Camino Capistrano that is down by the beach trail and train station and another down near the pier. Hopefully next time you can take advantage of one or the other.
