Just blocks from shopping, restaurants, marina, boardwalk and Lake Michigan beach. View of the Grand River, Musical Fountain, and Fireworks from balcony. Newly remodeled and professionally decorated, this luxurious 1 bedroom/bathroom retreat comes fully furnished. This includes towels and linens, fully equipped kitchen, 2 televisions, cable TV, VCR, DVD, and new stackable washer and dryer all within unit. Air conditioned. Bedroom has queen size bed and twin bunk bed. Queen size hide-a-bed located in the living area. Please provide your own bedding (sheets).
Check in 3:00 pm Saturday, check out 10:00 am the next Saturday. Must be left in same condition as when you arrived. Non-refundable 1/2 rent required to hold reservation. A required $200.00 deposit, which is refundable after renter departure if condo is left in good condition.
$1,100.00 per week May through September. Additional days may be added if available. Discounted winter rental available as well, October through April. No pets. No Smoking.

This condo was perfect for an adult get-away! The location could not be better! This condo is right in all the downtown action and on the river boardwalk. It is surrounded by all the best restaurants and shops! It is about a mile walk to the beautiful sandy beach. The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for 2 people. The condo is filled with everything you would need for a relaxing and fun vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We have throughly enjoyed our week in the condo. We've done lots of walking, enjoying the sunsets, farmers market, ice cream and the wonderful beaches GH has to offer. We were blessed with great weather and spent a lot of time outdoors. We found everything we needed, and really appreciated beach chairs to use along with lots of towels. The washer/ dryer was nice after a wet day on the sand, we could wash suits/towels and be ready for the next day of fun. Every night it was easy to enjoy the musical fountain from the balcony, or up on the 4th floor patio, it just depended on how tired we were. Thanks for a great week!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway, adventure seekers.

We spent the 4th of July week at this condo. Enjoyed incredible fireworks on the top deck of the building - directly above our heads! You can see the Musical Fountain from the balcony. This condo is in a wonderful location. You can walk out the door and are within walking distance to almost everything in Grand Haven. The condo itself is lovely and fully stocked with everything you might need during a week away from home, including beach towels and beach chairs as well as little touches of charming amenities throughout. The owners have been wonderful to work with. I highly recommend a stay at this "home away from home." Can't wait to go back.Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, girls getaway.
