Luxury four bedroom, three full bath townhome located in a gated community on Dalton Ranch golf course. Guests have full access to golf priveledges and you are only 15 minutes from the ski lifts. Conveniently located between Durango and the Durango Mountain ski resort, this spacious, high-end townhome is ideal for your vacation.
The two-story living & dining areas and gourmet kitchen are enhanced with superior upgrades of slate and wood floors. The spacious kitchen is defined by expansive granite counters, stainless steel appliances, six burner VIKING range and double ovens, including convection---completely equipped for a gourmet cook.
The great room is highlighted by a 50' HD TV with DVR & DVD, as well as WI-FI access. It has a dramatic rock fireplace with gas logs that light with the flip of a switch. It also opens to a covered flagstone patio---complete with built-in stainless grill, table & chairs for outdoor dining. In-floor radiant heating warms the home as well as the oversized two car garage while central air cools this end-unit townhome in summer. The utility room is large, complete with Neptune washer & dryer, oversize sink and granite counters. The electronic keypad allows easy access to the townhome through the attached garage.
The four bedrooms (one is currently used as as study with fold out double bed in leather sofa) are all equipped with individually mounted flat screen TVs. Two upstairs bedrooms are connected by a full bath including granite counter tops and two separate sinks. The spacious loft is complimented with a fold out sofa double bed and built-in refrigerator.
The luxurious master bedroom with vaulted ceiling is furnished with a king size TEMPURPEDIC bed and hosts a sizeable walk-in closet and private patio access. Our daughter lives in Durango and this spot provided the perfect place for us all to gather. Plenty of space, kids were able to ski and my husband had all the utensils necessary to cook the Christmas meal...and more. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the owners for staying connected before and during the visit to make sure all was to our satusfaction!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children, age 55+.

We just spent a week in this incredible townhome and highly recommend it. Beatufilly decorated and fabulous view. We had teenages and parents with us and everyone agreed that this home was exceptional. Perfect location as well - not too far from Durango so we could still go out to dinner and shop daily. The owner was very easy to work with and very tenant focused. There is no other place that I would like stay our next trip to Durango.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with teenagers, families with young children.

About the owner: Our favorite passtimes are playing golf, cooking out and entertaining with our friends and family. We relish the bright, sunny days on the golf course and the cool evenings on the patio during the summer.
Why the Owner Chose Dalton Ranch:
Our plan is to live in this townhome in Colorado when we retire. We love that Durango Mountain is so near for skiing during the winter. We also love that there are many rivers in the vicinity where we can fly fish in the summertime. We have several grandchildren and plan to have fantastic memories with our family here in Durango.
