We have a awesome spread out 3/2 that is 6 miles south of downtown, off William Canon. Our living room, kithchen, dining room is very inviting and spacious. We have a huge yard. The cab ride is about $15-$20 to downtown. (if it is not rush hour, tell them to take I35) Perfect house to come home to after festivals!
Town Lake, the Capital, Barton Springs and 6th street area are all less then 10 miles away. Perfect for jogging, kayaking, watching the bats and just being in the heart of Austin!
