Enjoy the wonderful Ocean view in this recently decorated Beach home. Only a few yards away to the Community pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Community pool for only 10 houses. Take in the refreshing Ocean breeze from the top deck or enjoy the warmth of the warm Summertime sun. Come see what the Outer Banks is all about! Past guests love the closeness of the Community pool and very short walk to the Beach. (Pool available Memorial Day through Labor Day)

3 CATVs, 1 TV no cable, DVD player. Other amenities include port-a-crib, books, board games, and clock radios. 30 yards to the beach. Milepost 3.

Lower Level: Community Pool, 15 yards away. Queen Bedroom w/TV, Master Queen Bedroom w/TV, Double and Twin Bedroom w/TV, Hall Full Bathroom.

Upper Level: Living Room w/TV, Full Bathroom, Kitchen, Dining Area, Washer/Dryer Area, Outside Deck w/great Ocean Views.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the house (Atlantic Vu) was great! Our family loved the location and the large living area on the second floor. It is steps away from both the pool and the beach. Also, there are so many restaurants nearby! The staff who clean the house need to check under the beds, though. We found oranges, cereal etc. under the beds. Also, not all the lights were working. The master shower had rusty shower curtain rods. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a few items that need to be taken care of. Thanks!

Great location Picture does not show outdoor furniture, but there is some - we would not have taken ours along if we had known. also old TV's were shown so we again took our own, but there were newer TV's there. Updated photos would be appreciated to future renters

Ok but wouldn’t book again
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Online the house is great. Upon arrival, yes it’s pet friendly, there was hair everywhere. In a chair in the master bedroom it was full of dark dog hair and dirty looking. There was stains all along the box spring in the full bedroom. Over all the furniture was dirty looking and definitely has been there for along time with no update. The pool has no shade or umbrellas or chairs. The location to the beach is excellent but that’s about all I can say was nice. It would have been great if it was clean overall.

Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean and inviting space. Quick walk across to the beach and easy accessibility to the pool. Only recommendations I have is to finish upgrading the tv’s in the bedrooms, a normal size broom because sand on the floor is my pet peeve and the broom provided was teeny tiny! Other wise seems like the mattresses were being replaced and everyone slept great.
