The upper level of the house is the 'entertainment hub', with the open plan living and kitchen area opening up through bi-folds doors onto your spacious balcony, complete with outdoor setting and full size gas BBQ. The lounge area is a room with a view, with a large feature window overlooking the marina and surrounding islands, as well as offering flat screen television with DVD player and stereo system. The master bedroom with spa ensuite is on the upper level, as is second bedroom with a separate guest bathroom. Wifi is included.

The lower level of the house is the access point to your private swimming 14m pool and offers two full sized bedrooms with a shared bathroom, as well as a second media or rumpus room. A separate Guest House accessed off the lower balcony is also available to be used as a fifth bedroom. It consists of a private bedroom with ensuite, small kitchenette, a fold-out sofa bed in the living area, there is a television in the both living area and bedroom of the guest house. The property includes the use of a complimentary 4-seater electric Golf Buggy, which is charged overnight in the carport.
