  The location for our family reunion was decided upon in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and we booked this house for 6 adults, 1 toddler, and 1 dog. It was my dad's birthday and all he wanted was for the family to hang out with a beautiful lake view in a comfortable house, and go fishing. THIS PROPERTY had all we needed and we LOVED it. The house is gorgeous in itself, very clean, spacious, and we felt very much at home. Three bedrooms was perfect for our 3 families, and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Beautiful local handmade soaps/lotions (like other reviewers said), thick fluffy towels and linens, comfortable beds, top-of-the-line appliances, cable TV (a TV in each bedroom!), wireless internet. Then there was the patio, outdoor seating, grill, fire pit, lounge chairs, perfect for an afternoon nap in the sun. Then there was the accessibility to the dock (short walk up/down the stairs), and above all, the house/porch had a beautiful view of the lake. Mountains, trees, the water.. very relaxing. We were able to walk down to the dock and hang out for fishing whenever we wanted. The house is a 15-minute drive to Hot Springs, to Walmart/Kroger and other restaurants, if you choose to get groceries and cook or eat out. It was a short drive to Ouachita State Park, where we rented a boat and took it out on the lake and also hiked a trail. The owner, Matt, provided excellent customer service. He checked in on us to make sure we had what we needed, and was always accessible by phone to help us answer questions about the house. Payment was processed and our dates reserved quickly. Would definitely recommend for anyone visiting Hot Springs.. if the house is too big for your vacation needs, he has other properties which may fit your needs, and he is very pleasant to work with.

  My family and I spend every Easter weekend at a getaway. We've been to the beach, camping, and rented homes in the past. All pale in comparison after our last stay at this property. We did regular searches and there was a pretty good selection of pet friendly locations, but none were as remarkable as the pictures posted here. Even the pictures didn't measure up to the experience of walking in and not wanting to leave. The owners do a wonderful job at providing all of the accommodations of a five star hotel and the comforts of home bundled into one. There was plenty of room for my nephew and dog to run and play and space for the adults to kick back and relax. We had 6 adults, a 7 year old and a small dog and felt comfortable throughout the weekend. HIGHLY recommend this location and hope we get another chance to visit.

  Recommended for: Pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  From the moment we stepped into the heavenly scented home, we had a fantastic time. Everything is just a cut above. Even the blow up beds inflated and deflated themselves. Beautiful views for a beautiful home. There is not much grassy space for children to play but don't let that deter you. They still had plenty of things to do. I would say don't rent this place so I could assure space when I come back, but I can't. It is a great place and I highly recommend it.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

  We have been coming to this area for about fifteen years to celebrate My Husband's birthday. We have never had a bad experience, and have rented many homes, several of them more than once. This home however, "Takes the cake"!!! I was so impressed not only with the view, but the decor, the quality of the furniture, beds, bedding, and bath linens just to mention a few. The kitchen was stocked better than any. (We always cook a lot while there!) These folks really know how to "Roll out the red carpet" for you! Thanks Matt and Jill for going the extra mile to make your places so special! I can not think of one thing you guys didn't think of! The Bunn coffee maker, bath soaps, nice big TV's, great cookware, washer/dryer, too many extras to list, certainly did not go unnoticed! We loved this place so much we can't wait to stay again... we usually only come in February, but this place made us want to come back during the summer to enjoy all it has to offer outdoors as well as in!! Thanks again for such a memorable experience!! You are the best!!!

  We spent two weeks in this lovely home, and had a fabulous time. We felt very welcome, and so did our dogs. It was very clear how much attention was spent on the details - fully equipped kitchen, coffee supplies, treats for our dogs, lovely bath soap and lotion, luxurious towels, and beds so comfortable we're shopping for a similar mattress for our own home! The GPS with local destinations already programmed in was very appreciated. We loved the quiet neighborhood, and the beautiful lake view. We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

  This property was everything they said it was. No disappointments here. We had a wonderful weekend. This is a very beautiful, comfortable home on a beautiful lake. It's an easy drive to all of the local entertainment. I had never rented a home before and was a little nervous but everything went smoothly. The owner provides good information and stays in contact. I would, and have, recommendd this property to others. While in Hot Springs McLard's BBQ is a must.

  Absolutely stunning! By far the most peaceful vacation we have ever had. The veiws were breathtaking both inside and out. The homeowners were so friendly and ready to work with. All of our expectations were exceeded. The amenities were fantastic. I can't say enough nice things about this place or the owners. We will definitely be back!

  My grandmother, mother, daughter, and myself decided to take a girls' trip to Hot Springs to relax and spend some much needed time together. We couldn't have picked a better place! Matt was very helpful and always available for any questions. From the moment we walked in, we were relaxed. The view of the lake and mountains were beautiful and unobscurred from every room. We did some downtown shopping and had a wonderful trip to Magic Springs, but most of our time was enjoyed at Matt and Jill's beautiful home. We're already planning another trip there with a few more of the girls! Can't wait to enjoy it all over again... Thanks so much Matt and Jill!

  My husband and I were blown away by this house and the incrediable view! The house was stunning and loaded with so many extras. The pictures do not do this property justice as the homeowners have gone above and beyond with providing every luxury and exceeding our expectations. My husband and I rent property every year for a family vacation with our two little ones and two dogs. Most properties of this type of scale (luxury) would not allow two dogs on the property. We were pleased that the homeowners allowed dogs and the outside area was the perfect entertainment for our pooches. We were greeting with dog treats, dog bowl and even a dog hair dryer for our use. We entered the property to relaxing music and the owners had treats all over the house for us. Snacks, lotions, soaps and COFFEE! The home was set up with the items you need but typically have to buy such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, spices, storage bags, trash sacks and the list goes on. I have never rented a property where the homeowner provided so much! The owners were very personable and made sure we had everything we needed and were avaliable by phone if we had any questions. The TV was a little state of the art for us but an electronic mans dream! The stairs down to the dock were a bit of a hike but the homeowners provide so many extras that a few extra stairs are no big deal. The neighborhood is quite and the lake is not very busy with traffic which makes this place a perfect getaway. If you are looking for a property on Lake Hamilton stop searching this is worth every penny!

  What at great relaxing extended weekend! We loved everything, from the beautiful home, fabulous views of the lake, and all the extras Matt & Jill provided us. The preloaded GPS provided for our use was a great help to get around. Our children enjoyed the snack and candy basket. It was wonderful to enjoy a long hot bath with the provided locally made bath salts and soaps. We enjoyed eating outside and watching the beautiful sunset. It was nice to wake up each morning with such awesome views of the lake and mountians. Our children loved to water toys provided and swimming in the lake. We also enjoyed the covered boat dock for our jet ski. Matt was great with communicating with us throughout our stay and made sure we had everything we needed. Our legs got great workouts from the stairs to the dock :) We enjoyed our stay and only wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks Matt & jill for everything. The Camus' & Steiner's
