  When attention to detail is important, Aqua meets and exceeds. Quality is seen in the furnishings, fixtures, appliances, and service. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves in our long-term stay. Kudos to the owner for a lovely job with the decorating. The view can't be beat!

  After having seen this bautiful townhome last year while staying farther down Miramar Beach, we decided we had to rent it the next year. We indeed rented it and had a wonderful experience. First and foremost, the owner was a joy to work with. She was very responsive, courteous and always willing to help. The home was in excellent condition, clean and just as advertised. We loved being right on the beach. The kitchen was so easy to work in and there was plenty of room for many more guests. We highly recommend this rental and would definitely stay again! Even during the scare of Hurricane Isaac, we still managed to have a great time!

  This was by far the best vacation experience my husband and I have had in Destin. The townhome was exactly as described and we felt right at home. We have 2.5 year old twins and they loved staying here. We just bought a couple of baby gates and were all set. Being, literally, only steps away from the beach was awesome. We even got to see dolphins playing during a morning stroll. Linda was absolutely amazing to work with. We most definitely will be back!

  We had an amazing family vacation at Aqua with our young children and my parents! Not only was the house beautiful, but perfect for young children! The pool was great and the closeness of the beach made this home perfect for our family. The elevator was great for my parents who are a little older and struggle with the stairs. Best of all, Linda was fantastic to work with....she took care of everything for us! We are hoping to go back this fall!

  What a wonderful vacation experience. Look no further than Aqua if you want to be ON THE BEACH! Three balaconies with only sand between you and the ocean. The furnishings are beautiful, the bedding was excellent, the kitchen had everything we needed and more. I love being able to walk right out to ocean, my book and towel in hand, with an umbrella and 2 beach chairs set up for us. The location is also wonderful with shopping, dining, and many more activities nearby. We would recommmend Aqua to everyone and plan to go back next time we head to the beach.

  My family of six stayed the last week in September, 2011 and absolutely loved the townhome. The design of the home enabled us to enjoy amazing ocean views from all three levels. The ease of stepping outside of the house and heading down only a flight of stairs to the beach made it so great for my family to go back and forth throughout the day, maximizing our family and beach time. The house was so bright, clean, and inviting (fabulous furnishings), that made hanging out there and being on the beach about all we wanted to do. We did venture out to a couple of restaurants, the Outlet Mall and went parasailing, but not a whole lot of anything else. We were absolutely content staying at the house. I took my granddaughter to the nearby community pool on a day that jelly fish were keeping us out of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and my 4 yr old really granddaughter loved the martini pool at the townhouse as well. We appreciated the many amenities and extras of the house such as the two beach chairs and umbrella that were set up each day and extra beach toys such as rafts, sand buckets, etc. I also appreciate Linda's availability any time I phoned her. She was outstanding to interact with from beginning to end. (Thank you, Linda!) And yes, we want to go back:-)

  Beautiful week in a beautiful home! Pictures on vrbo show exactly what you get upon arrival at this clean, well furnished beach home. We had some problems with the cable, which the owners/management made sure were resolved as quickly as possible. Location is great as well. Teenagers in our group had plenty within walking distance to keep them happy. Younger kids loved the martini pool. Adults LOVED being right on the beach! The best part of this rental....having your chairs and umbrella set up in your reserved spot every day on the beach!

  We have been going to Destin for 15 plus years two times a year and I have never written a review, but I feel Aqua deserves one. Three stories of unobstructed views of the ocean, brand new furnishings, an elevator, and martini pool. Could it be any better???? We stayed with teens but this rental is great for all ages. The alarm on the door to the beach and pool level is awesome for families traveling with small children and for those traveling with older family members the elevator is a plus. From the booking to arriving everything was great, the only negative is that when you stay there the time passes so quickly. If you are expecting a 5 star quality townhouse then rent this VRBO because it does not get any better than Aqua!

  My sister and I enjoyed the new furnishings at "aqua" the first week in May 2011. The description was right on target, very comfortable and the view was remarkable. We watched dolphins swim by everyday and the convenience of just walking out the back door to the beautiful beach couldn't have been better. The beach set ups were especially helpful as you didn't need to carry as much to the beach. The property manager was very helpful and easily accessible .

  Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing.
