  This condo was beautiful and very comfortable. Our three teenage boys had a blast between the pool and beach. Close to everything and a fun bar and grill right next to the pool. The condo was spotless when we arrived and I would recommend to everyone. The one thing that would make it perfect is laundry facilities in the condo but they have them if you need them in the complex so it was fine. We would definitely come back. Sam S

  My family and I had the pleasure of staying at this condo in January 2013. As a first time renter of a privately owned property I initially felt slightly nervous booking a reservation through this site. As I corresponded with the owner, Sara, she allowed me to ask as many questions as necessary to ease my nerves making it very comfortable securing a reservation. The description and the photos represent the the unit exactly. The beds were luxurious and having the large screen tv's in each room were icing on the cake. The decor was beautifully selected and added to the comfort of our stay. I loved the ensuite bathrooms allowing privacy when we were getting ready to start or end our day. The walkin closets were great too, there was plenty of room to hang all our clothes and store our other belongings. The kitchen had all the comforts of home along with a large refigerator and freezer. We went grocery shopping after arriving and stocked the refrigerator with everything we could need for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only ate out a few times during the trip saving us tons of money. By the way, the grocery store is only a block away along with a large souvenir store, which was awesome getting all souvenirs at one time. Another exceptional part staying at this condo was that it is located right on the beach. Literally, just take the elevator down and walk through the lobby and across the pool tiki hut restaurant area and you are walking on sand. They rent lounge chairs and place them where ever you want giving you the best experience on the beach. Another nice option is to self park your car. They have a private parking lot available and allow you to pre-pay for parking upon arrival (a discount is provided when renting from a private owner) which was nice for us as we could come and go without waiting for valet to deliver our car. I would have to say that I would 100% stay in this unit at Ocean Manor again. Sara, the owner, was always responsive to all my questions immediately, and gave me comfort knowing we had made the right choice in booking a reservation with her.

  I spent a very long time looking for the perfect place to spend Christmas and New Year with my family and my brother's family. After looking at all the available options, I felt this was the best one. I contacted the owner (Sara) and she was extremely helpful in answering all of my questions, so we felt comfortable booking. When we arrived at the unit, we were very happy to see that it was exactly how it looked in the picures (sometimes people post pictures of "similar" units). Everything was very clean and tastefully decorated. All furniture, bathrooms, appliances, etc. were modern and high quality, including natural stone floors throughout. There were also 3 large plasma TVs. The unit was very spacious (accomodated the 7 of us easily) and the view was amazing. As far as the building goes, it is conveniently located right on the beach, and is walking distance from many restaurants and bars. There is also a Japanese restaurant downstairs, as well as a 24 hour cafe/snack booth. All of the employees are also very helpful and kind. After we got home, we got back our security deposit in 4 days. All in all, we could not have had asked for a better place to stay, and we will definitely be contacting Sara whenever we (or any of our friends) come to Ft. Lauderdale in the future.

  I just back from a mini vacation with my 3 daughters while my husband took our son to a hockey tournement.. Sara could not have been more helpful.. condo is huge and very clean.. as others stated looks exactly like pictures..I wanted a place where we could walk to things but not be bombarded with junk.. winn dixie is around the corner for groceries as is Wings with any beach item you may need..we ate at the tiki bar almost every night as the kids loved it and the food was very good as were the drinks. we were able to walk to lauderdale by the sea one day for dinner and a few nice art galleries around the corner where a very nice owner asked 3 kids to look at some very abstract and expensive art....I bought some groupons for the duck tour wehich worked out great.. Hotel will arrange shuttle to anywhere you want to be..Over the hotel is a lovely low key place to be..the condo takes it up another notch or two.sara is a pleasure to deqal with . we are hoping to be able to go back in april

  My family and I stayed and we loved the place. Nice, clean, spacious, beautiful furniture and nicely decorated, it made us feel at home away from home. We never used the pool but it was big and it looked clean. The owner was nice and very helpful. We would recommend this place and are planning on coming back next year as well.

  The room was exactly what the pictures showed, there were no surprises, it was an excellent room. The room was well equipped with everything in the kitchen, and towels in the bathroom. Working with Sara was also great, she was always available for us. I truly recommend this room to anyone. Just one thing the beach does not allow any chairs, umberallas, or coolers, so don't bother bringing any but the cost of the rental and the Tiki bar downstairs are reasonable and fair. It truly was an amazing vacation, thank you!

  I stayed here with my family and my wife's parents. This place was very nice and spacious. It has a great pool, bar and restaurant. It was a real pleasure to stay at this place, the owner was very nice and helpful with any questions. I would recommend this place and would love to come back and stay again.

  The condo was as beautiful as the pictures showed. Big comfy beds, gorgeous furniture, Large flat screen tvs in every room, marble floors, just gorgeous. Tiki bar, pool, and other amenities were also very nice as well. Everything was close enough to get to. We hope to book there again in the near future.

  The condo was very clean and tastefully decorated. The location could not have been better. Close the shopping, resturants, and most importantly the BEACH! We had a wonderful time, and would not hesitate to stay at Ocean Manor again.

  The unit was as advertised including the photos. An outstanding unit with all of the amenities you need. It is modern, comfortable and uber clean. Located on the beach with a pool and a Tiki Bar for lunch or dinner and drinks makes it even better. A super market, drug store and a fast food restaurant are within a 5 minute walk. The kitchen in the unit makes it convenient to make your own breakfast, lunch or dinner - if you so desire. The owner is very attentive in trying to please you. I would recommend this unit to everyone I know. .
