Mariner West is positioned on the east end of Panama City Beach, Fl, in the Gulf of Mexico, known for its white sandy beaches. Mariner West is family oriented and handicap accessible. There is Shopping, restaurants, and numerous activities just minutes away.
Our unit 410 is a very comfortable and brightly furnished condo with a large wrap around balcony. It has 2 full beds in the bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge with icemaker, stovetop oven, microwave, and a full range of dishes, flatware and cookware. There is also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Furthermore there is 2 full bathrooms. This unit also has cable, DVD player and a large 42' flatsceen TV in the living room and 32' Flatscreen in the bedroom and wireless internet.
Mariner West also has a pool situated beside the beach and ocean, gas grills and picnic tables, shuffleboard, and a game room with a pool table. The price is great, the unit is wonderful, and the beaches are spectacular, you will truly enjoy your stay here.

Wonderful condo! Its on the end so you have lots of privacy and beautiful views of the water. Complex is close to everything but can still be quiet when you want it to be. The unit was clean and comfortable and the office staff was very helpful. Love the addition of the Adirondack rockers on the balcony. Will stay in the this unit again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+.

This was a wonderful stay for us. We go to the beach once a year so we try to find something that meets all our needs. We loved the size balcony and the view. The unit itself was decorated very nicely. The parking was even great. And we loved the flat screen tv in the living room, it was a nice touch. Great stay for the price. This complex is extremely family oriented , perfect for families with kids, newly weds who are looking for alone time, senior citizens and snowbirds.

This unit truly encompasses a relaxing vacation for us. We are also very close to St. Andrews Park where we often go snorkeling and Schooners which has the best seafood locally.
