About this property

Our unit is comfortably furnished with relaxing colors and a large wrap around balcony. The large bedroom has 1 queen and 1 full size bed and a full en suite bathroom. Ceiling fan and smart TV provide extra comforts to support restful sleep. The living room offers two walls of windows framing the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and sugar white sand. A comfortable sleeper sofa and two recliners provide comfortable seating enjoy the view and time with family. The kitchen has been remodeled with new stainless appliances, granite counter new backsplash and all of the items needed to make yourself at home cooking family meals. Dining room seating as well as bar seating ensure everyone has a place to enjoy meals together. A full 4 piece hall bath provides additional space to make getting ready a breeze. Right outside the condo door is a private laundry room with with a full size washer and dryer. Available beach chairs, umbrellas and toys are also stored in the laundry room. Our unit has a new 55" smart TV in the living room and a 32" smart TV in the bedroom. Cable and internet are included.
In 2022 we added Polywood furniture to the balcony. It is tall enough to see over the balcony rails but not so tall that it makes it difficult for some to climb in. We love it and believe it is a beautiful touch since the balcony is our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the mornings and the views all day long.

Mariner West has a pool situated beside the beach and ocean, gas grills and picnic tables, shuffleboard, and a game room with a pool table. The price is great, the unit is wonderful, and the beaches are spectacular. You will truly enjoy your stay here.

Mariner West is positioned on the east end of Panama City Beach, Fl, in the Gulf of Mexico, known for its white sandy beaches. Mariner West is family oriented and handicap accessible. There is Shopping, restaurants, and numerous activities just minutes away.

Some work-some play

My brother and I had some family business to attend to in Panama City. We stayed in a lovely condo right on the beach and on days we didn’t work we enjoyed the Sun and relaxing on the balcony and beach. The condo had everything we needed for a perfect time and the hosts were so gracious and lovely to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place and plan on coming back again.

We are Buck and Laura Simonson and we live in Midlothian, VA. Laura grew up in Columbus, GA and has been staying at the Mariner West for over 35 years. An opportunity to own a unit presented itself and we are super excited. We love the peace and quiet you find here. This complex is family oriented , perfect for families with kids, newly weds who are looking for alone time, or senior citizens and snowbirds.

Why they chose this property

This unit provides a relaxing vacation for us. With only 58 condos in our building and a residence only complex on one side, we have a nice stretch of beach to soak up the sun and the view. If you are looking for condos with water parks, restaurants and bars onsite, this is not the condo for you. If you want quiet, family friendly and super close to the water, check us out.

What makes this property unique

The wrap around balcony is one of only 12 at Mariner West. The extra space and breeze is heavenly. Add the recent renovations and you have a perfect getaway.
