We have another timeshare up in SLT and usually use that, but due to the size of the group and timeshare availability we stayed here. SO glad we did. This place was fully stocked, comfortable, and exceptionally well maintained. The hot tub and gas grill was a huge hit and the rooms were a great size with COMFORTABLE, quality beds. The family has now eliminated the timeshare as an option when we go to SLT from now on. Our family drove up from Sacramento to spend the day with us and BBQ and they were impressed by the rental as well. The pictures represent the property accurately. Note: All the bedrooms are upstairs, it wasn't an issue for us but if you are traveling with elderly people or individuals with disabilities I would take that into consideration.

The house was more than we expected!! It was beautiful. We went to Tahoe for a girls weekend and enjoyed ourselves very much so...We are definitely going to look into the house for future visits, for both family getaways and girls weekends again. Thank you

The pictures represent what you get and the space was great. It had all the amenities to make a great ski vacation, good heating, great spa, large garage and convenient laundry.

Our stay was amazing here. The location is great and it is just about 10 min. to the stores and 25 to the closest ski resort. The house was amazing and clean when we entered. It was so easy to get inside using the key pad. Overall, we had an amazing time!

We spent our Christmas holiday at this property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was apple space for us and quite comfortable. The location was perfect as well. Very friendly neighbors as well. We also felt well taken care of by the property management and Rick was just a phone call away, in case we had any problems. One of the best perks was having access to the garage. We never had to clean snow off our car, which made my husband very happy! We would definitely stay here again, Thank you

This was a perfect house for our family of four plus grandparents. It had all the ammenities for a simple and fun stay in Tahoe. The location was great - close to shopping, hiking, a park, bike riding and more. We can't wait to go back!

Far Exceeded Expectations!

"What a beautiful home!" That is what my friends and I kept saying over and over again the entire time we were there. We couldn't get over the granite counter tops, the awesome sound system, the gas grill, and, of course, the fantastic hot tub. The photos didn't even do the place justice. It was so much better than we expected! Everything was really clean and the owners were exceedingly helpful with any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this home to large groups of friends. It's about a 15 minute drive from the lake and from the casinos so cab fare ends up being about $20 each way. Overall, we decided that this will be our spot every year from now on!

Me and 11 buddies went up for my Bachelor party and we had a great time. The casinos are just a 20 dollar cab ride away- split that between 4 people and it's cheap! This property was a great location, extremely comfy beds. Must've been temperpedic! The hot tub was amazing and we even played some wii that was already there and set up. It's a big house and the inside is beautiful. This place is a great price and has everything you need! Bring your own clothes and food, and you got yourself a fully loaded house. Remember to inspect the house right when u get there to check if anything is broken , there was a halfway broken chair and a broken toilet paper holder, I called the property manager right away and he kindly said he was aware of both and not to worry about it. No complaints from me I had a great time. I guess I wish they had a large recycling can because we drank a LOT of beer and didn't have a place to put the empties. That's all folks

Spring Break Family Getaway

My husband , 2 children (ages 10 & 6) & I stayed here for our Spring Break week. When we booked this back in January, we were hoping for snow! However, when we arrived, it was 65 degrees and we were in T-shirts! We took the Dixie Queen ferry tour of the lake. PERFECT weather. On day 3 it started to snow. We decided to take the gondola up to Heavenly & go tubing. (Luckily we'd checked the weather prior to packing so I knew to pack our snow gear). The kids had a great time making a snow man. We had the best of both worlds! My only complant(s): 1) The cookware STICKS!! Eggs-ruined. I even used butter on the bottom! The bacon in it's own grease stuck to the bottom too. :( 2) There were no kitchen towels. I had to purchase my own. No biggie--needed new ones for home anyway! 3) No cleaning products. I admit, I like clean. When I cooked my bacon, and it splattered on the granite countertop, all I had to clean with is a sponge and dish soap. It left streaks. All in all, it was a perfect home! I would recommend that maybe they invest in more wine glasses (there was only one) and a griddle/skillet for pancakes. The rental process was extremely EASY. The price was very reasonable. The neighborhood was quiet. The house was perfect--not too small, yet big enough that we weren't on top of each other. Everything (shopping, casinos, gondola, ferry) was within minutes of home. It was a perfect vacation!!

Cozy Cabin

The pictures say it all! My family & i had a great stay in this "Cozy Cabin" in Lake Tahoe. We just loved everything about it from the bedrooms to the living room to the hot tub! We felt right at home. My daughter met the neighbor kids & built a snowman right in front of our cabin. We did expierence a snow storm during our stay & it was beatiful just to watch the snow fall from our front window. I enjoyed watching my husband & son shovel the snow out of the driveway..they got a workout! I highly recommend this home if you are looking to get away & just relax.This cabin is close to casinos & the town if you want to do a little shopping you dont have to drive far. You better believe we will be staying here again next year!

I rented this house for the weekend get away and it couldn't be better.... Spacious home with top line amenities to make your vacation more fun! Yes, go for it...... Cleaning price is really spice compared to others but but the house itself is worth the money. Thanks

We had great time staying at this wonderful house after Christmas holidays. We were very comfortable, this place is VERY clean, has everything you need for a great vacation. Kitchen is fully stocked with nice dishes, glasses and cookware. Great location, great house..... didn't want to leave this place and come back to SF. I would recommend this place to my friends and we would definitely stay at this home again!!!!

This is a brand new house with every amenities needed to make a great family get away.Highlight of what we enjoyed: Wi-Fi, Wii, great Home Entertainment system, new appliances & household items, new beds & comfortable sheets, modern decor and a great floorplan. Highly recommended.

some friends and i rented this cabin to celebrate my birthday in December and it was great!! The house was absolutely beautiful and it's located just minutes from all the action of south lake! the renters were great too-responded to my e-mails right away. the internet on my phone stopped working on the first day of our trip (so i could not access the address of the cabin). In a panic, i tracked down their phone number online and got ahold of them right away. They were very helpful-i would absolutely rent here again!

Love the house - perfect for small groups

We took our younger siblings to Tahoe for the Thanksgiving break and stayed at the Jacarillo Junction. It's a great place to spend a long weekend. The kitchen was huge, and made cooking our Thanksgiving dinner a fun experience. The hot tub is just blissful on a cold evening. The house itself is charming and well maintained. Micheal is very helpful too. I would def recommend this place!

Jacarillo Junction was the perfect place to get away for my 26th birthday! It's a rental, yet makes you feel right at home. My favorite part, of course, was the hot tub! There's neighbors, but far enough where you have your own privacy. Kitchen is super spacious & modern! Close to the shopping centers, food, casinos; easy to find your way back! Added bonus was that it ended up snowing the entire weekend! But I'm sure this house is perfect for summertime as well; hoping to book again in April!

We were very happy to find this property for the July 4th weekend. The owner was very responsive to my questions and the detailed listing description was helpful in helping us decide on this property over others. Overall, my friends and I agreed this rental was a good value and one of the best we've stayed at in Tahoe. We had a total of 8 adults and felt that we had plenty of space. One of the couples slept on the pull out in the living and used the provided mattress pad to make the bed more comfortable. The towels and bedding were clean and there was enough for everyone. It was also nice to be able to sink my toes into some plush bathroom rugs when brushing my teeth. We really enjoyed using the very well-equipped kitchen and outdoor grill. I don't even have cutting boards of three sizes at my own house but they had that here. The spacious kitchen made it very easy for half our group to prep and cook at the same. There was a Raley's and 2 Safeways nearby (by car). The lake and hiking were also easily accessible by car. We didn't get a chance to use the hot tub this time around, but look forward to using it if we return!

It's a really nice neighborhood to begin with. The house is easy to find. Nice beds, big kitchen, they have a decent office space and printer for your convenience. I like the fact that it's a . new house, has lots of windows, 3 bathrooms and they are well maintained. There's a couple of fruit trees in front and side of the house, it is still young and hopefully when I come back, it is a good time to harvest. lol. If you want to spend your day early, there's a walking trail about 2 block away from the house. If you want to stay in the house, be in the hot tub or enjoy the movies, it comes with a really good selection. It's about 5-8 minutes to go to down town area. Overall, this is the kind of house I would rent again, with a minimum of 3 days stay. Thanks Dave & Anthony for your hospitality!
