Visit our beautifully decorated home away from home across the street from "the world's most beautiful beaches." Our rates include Taxes and maid fee. The resort includes a beach house with swimming pool, deck and lounge chairs, 11 swimming pools (some heated), six tennis courts (two are lighted), miniature-golf, shuffleboard, play area for small children, 24-hour security and gated community, 2 private reserved parking spaces directly out front door, and a beautiful lagoon goes through the complex Gulf Highlands community is know as one of the most family friendly resorts in Panama City Beach area. 163 Grand Island unit is located in the front of the resort closest to the beach. The patio faces the largest pool in the complex, it has a new tripple burner gas grill and picnic table and double swing. New Tempur Pedic Memory Foam king matress in the master bedroom. We have a well stocked Kitchen, even beach chairs, umbrella and carrying cart.
Our home is within walking distance from restaurants, Johnny Rockets cosmic bowling alley with roller skating, Archade and Billards all in one, Flowbee Water Surfing, Coyote Ugly's bar,Cici's pizza. and 5 miles from the New Pier Park shopping center with Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville and Brahun Beer Garden. Why the Owner Chose Gulf Highlands
Our family started staying in Gulf Highlands Resort in 1987 and fell in love with its location and family atmosphere! WE are centrally located on the beach with many things to see and do, but the complex is quiet and safe for children to play. Our unit is in the area closet to the beach, and the largest pool in the complex is just out back of our patio.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
The complex has 11 pools, there is a club house on the beach that and has a pool and snack bar. We have 6 tennis courts, 2 are lit and we keep tennis rackets and balls in the closet. There is a free 18 hole Putt-Putt course in the complex, yes we have 6 putters and balls too. Shuffle Board, 8 games,yep we have the sticks too. There are 3 golf courses within 5 miles. The grand Maze and Rippley's Believe it or Not ship is about a mile away.Plus three Putt-Putt courses and 2 archades,s/rides/go cart in the same area.There is a New FlowBee suring Ride about 1/4 mile. From our beach club house you can walk to Pineapple Willies for lunch. Pier Park Shopping and the Base ball/soft ball park are both 5 miles away. Plus you can walk to many great eateries. Oh yes Wal-Mart is less than a mile way

Lanny and Terri Milam and our daughter and her husband Lori and Chad Hall. Lanny and I bought our first condo in the complex in 1990. We are in our 4th and final one! Lanny is a civilian Tech at Dobbins AFB in Marietta Ga. Lori and I are both Dental hygienist in Merto Atlanta. Chad sells commercial building supplies. We have ben going to the Panama City Beach area since 1974 we hope you will fall in love with the area as much as we have.
