This property is quite large for a two bedroom condominium. The balcony is also large and provides a beautiful view of the ocean and a nearby lake. The balcony is shaded from about 10:30 AM through the rest of the day. The kitchen and bathrooms are newly renovated with tile throughout. The kitchen has new appliances along with lovely corian counter tops. Yes, you can shower and run the dishwasher at the same time. The tank less hot water system covers all hot water needs.
The property is between the ocean and a lake. Directly behind the lake is the Arcadian Shores neighborhood. This location, along with a pool that is in the courtyard gives a secluded feeling for visitors. This is a two story condominium complex, so overcrowding is not a problem.
The property's location is right on the Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach line. Barefoot Landing is about 1 mile to the north, and Broadway at the Beach is about 10 minutes to the south. You can easily access all that Myrtle Beach has to offer: MB Pelican Baseball, Dixie Stampede (very close), Medieval Times, House of Blues, and all kinds of restaurants. You are also within walking distance to the longest pier on the east coast.
If you prefer a quiet vacation, shop at the Super WalMart and Tangier outlet (about 1 mile away) on your way in, and set yourself up to stay on the beach! The beach is large and usually not overcrowded, even in the summer season. During the fall, winter, and spring, there are very few people on the beachfront.
