The condo offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, sofa sleeper, a queen bed in each room, washer/dryer, 2 full bathrooms, 1 walk-in closet, 2 large flat screen TVs, a DVD player, spacious condo with plenty of room to entertain and show off to your friends. Great place for wedding guests to stay without all the hassles. We want you to be happy. Sorry no pets.
This condo has plenty of room with a covered balcony overlooking a heated pool with a view of the ocean, and an open living/dining room and kitchen setup. It also comes equipped with a washer/dryer and two (2) cable TVs.
One lot away from a beach access and a few blocks down from a favorite local restaurant, Blackbeard`s. Just North, a short walk on the beach or along Gulf Blvd., is the Wanna Wanna beach bar... great food and fun. The beach area just East of the property and is one of the quietest and most pretty sections of South Padre Island beach... since it is mostly single family oceanfront homes on this stretch of the island. This condo is what is needed for a truly enjoyable vacation.

This condo was perfect to celebrate two birthdays and have a 40 something year old get together! It had all the necessities in the kitchen....coffee pot, pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils, toaster, and best of all a blender for our piña coladas!! The master shower had plenty of room to move around and shave your legs:-) The closet had beach chairs and pool floaties. And to relax in the evening after a day of beach drinking we had flat screen tv' s with cable and movie channels. The best feature of this condo is the proximity to the beach and Wanna Wanna Beach Bar&Grill. I looked at 15 properties, mapping, etc prior to finding this one. It's about 40 walking steps to the beach and 5 houses from the bar. We spent our days at the beach and evenings in the heated pool. Also enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony with a cup of coffee. I highly recommend this condo for families with kids because you're in walking distance from the beach to your condo bathroom, but most of all it was the perfect condo for high school girlfriends to get together and remember the old days. Great trip for my daughter and I. Reasonably priced and GREAT accomodations. Very clean and modern. Great location, close to beach and shopping. Walking distance for both. Our stay on Padre was great, the condo was beautiful, clean and well equipped, Great location within walking distance of the beach and restaurants.I would recommend this to friends and family with no problem!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sightseeing, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

About the owner: We are a recently married couple who have lived in the area for many years and visited South Padre at every occasion possible. Knowing the island as well as we do we knew this particular part of the island was where we wanted to own. When this 4-plex was built in 2007 we bought the one with the best view of the Gulf. It has been our sanctuary. The feeling we get from visiting is always enough to refresh us and give us the abitlity to face the stresses we feel in our every day lives. We are sure you will find this is no different for you and your family.
Why the Owner Chose Marbella:
I have lived in the area for over 20 yrs and know many different amenities on South Padre. This is the best location for quiet family vacations or anyone who wants to be able to get away from the crowds of the large hotels. That said however this location is only a few yards from the Gulf and there are many fine restaurants, bars and shops with in walking distance. It is truely the best area on the island.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Some of our most enjoyable times are spent on the balcony sharing a meal or just drinks taking in the fabulous view feeling the surf breezes.
Besides these things the condo has a luxurious decor and a well landscaped pool area. If not for work and family we'd never leave.
