Awesome views abound from this lake front home located on the desirable North Shore of the lake. Enjoy romantic sunsets from several vantages on the multiple decks, including a 24x36 deck on top of double boathouse.
Beautiful views of Chimney Rock. Enjoy swimming off the large dock, and for the adventurous, high-diving off the double boathouse. A perfect place for a swim. The house has parking for multiple cars and is only ten feet from parking to the front door. The house is located at the end of a dead end street, so there are no traffic worries!
The house contains three bedrooms. The downstairs master bedroom has a large king bed, a large sitting area that includes a trundle bed, access to a deck via two large sliding glass doors, satellite TV with DVD/VCR, and a ceramic tiled shower in bathroom. Washer and dryer are also located on this floor.
The main floor contains the furnished kitchen, eating area, sitting room with flat screen satellite TV with DVD/VCR and multi-disk stereo system. There is also a full bathroom (with tub) and a bedroom with twin beds. Access to another deck is provided by two large sliding glass doors that provide a tremendous view of the lake.
The unique loft bedroom on the third floor contains a queen bed. There are two heat pumps, one on main floor and one on master floor, and a A/C unit in loft.
A canoe, paddle boat,2 kayaks,water floats, life vests, a fishing poles are provided. A chiminia is located on the deck off the master bedroom to enjoy a fire on those cool evenings. Both a charcoal and gas grill are available, as are bed linens and towels. No smoking allowed. DSL Internet service provided. VHR & DVD movies provided.
