  My husband, myself and another couple enjoyed this property recently. The location was perfect, we parked and walked the entire time we were in Seattle. The location was safe and sidewalks were well lit even for walking after dark. The QFC grocery was conveniently located on the walk home from the Space Needle area. We found the apartment to be just as shown in the pictures. Very comfortable and we felt right at home. Jake was a big help answering any questions we had about the property. None of us would hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Jake for helping to make our time in Seattle so nice and relaxing.

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, people with disabilities, families with young children, sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

  This condo was so close to everything, I was blown away and wish we could've stayed longer! Jake and his fiance are SO friendly, they even gave us a list of places to go eat, and told us not to hesitate to call them. They greeted us at the entrance and walked us up, it was very easy to find and was literally blocks from the Seattle Center & Space Needle, also close to tons of restaurants. The condo itself was clean, the sheets were super soft, and everything was just perfect! Would definitely stay here again if we come back.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

  My husband and I needed a comfortable place for me to recover from surgery. A hotel room just wasn't going to be it. Then plans changed and we ended up having our 5 year old twins come along also. Even with the change of plans and the kids coming along, I couldn't have asked for a more comfortable place to recover. My husband and children were in perfect location for the zoo and for the space needle. The condo was roomie enough for the four of us without feeling on top of each other. The tenants were so helpful and offered helpful tips on sightseeing and places to eat. I honestly would stay here over any other place.

  I stayed here for a long weekend and had such a great time. The weather happened to be nice so I was able to walk to most places I wanted to go to. I suggest checking out the under rated South Lake Union park. It was nice to have our own place to cook dinner and stretch out and relax. The owners are so nice and helpful. They definitely made the experience more enjoyable. They also provided us with a complimentary bottle of wine!
