A beautiful, updated, two-story home in Palmetto Dunes just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. Enter to the living room furnished with a sofa, two chairs, and matching ottomans, cable TV, VCR, DVD/CD player and stereo. The separate dining area has seating for six. The fully-equipped kitchen with granite countertops offers additional seating for six.
The master suite has a king-size bed, sitting area, cable TV, VCR, and private bath with jetted tub and separate shower. A powder room is located at the base of the stairs. The second floor has two additional bedrooms. The first has a queen-size bed, chair, cable TV, and private bath and shower. The second bedroom has two rooms, each with two twin beds and cable TV/VCR and each sharing a bath with a shower.
The heated pool is located six steps down from the living room. The backyard pool area has four lounge chairs, dining table for four with umbrella, and a gas grill.
Our guests are also within walking distance to the many activities at the Marriott and Hilton Resorts and can rent canoes and bikes to explore the numerous lagoons and bike/jogging trails in the resort and island. The Fazio Golf Course is a block away and The Robert Trent Jones and Arthur Hills Golf Courses are also located a short distance away in the resort. The Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center is a short walk away as well as The General Store and Alexanders Restaurant.
