  Hi Keeley, We had a great time! The unit was more than we expected, cozy, great views and felt at home. From viewing the photos could not see much of the balcony but it was a good size and when the wind would calm down we certainly enjoyed sitting out there. This was our 6th stay at the Bentley and I have to say that your unit was one of the best. Looking forward to next year. Thank-You

  My trip was made that much more perfect due to the wonderful property . The listing is described accurately and the location is the absolute best. The property is on 1st St and all the action begins on 5th St so it is well within walking distance and away from all the noise. Check-in is the same as in any hotel so no need to contact the owner about a key ahead of time. The beach is right up a short path outside the pool area and the view from the room is breathtaking. The staff are very attentive to their guests needs and came up at least 3 times a day to see if we needed anything. Be careful of the minibar in the room because it is very expensive so I suggest you go and shop at Walgreens for groceries and the liquor store by Walgreens for your supply. Take note that you will get plenty of excerise without a car and I would recommend that you DO NOT get a car. The parking is expensive and you cannot park anywhere without putting $ in a meter. There is a bus about 3 blocks away that costs only 0.25 cents to get you all the way up the avenues. We took this bus often to get to the 11th St Diner which is one of the best breakfast, lunch and reasonably priced eateries in the area. Dinner of course you will want to spend at one of the many restaurants that will have you drunk, full and all danced out. There is a kitchen for cooking but we never even looked at the stove. The TV in the bedroom is a little miniscule compared to the TV in the sitting/dining area but I doubt you will be watching much TV. I absolutely loved the place and recommend highly. Take note that you have to pay the full price of the room upfront so dont bother if you don't have all the money to pay now. The reimbursement policy in case of an emergency isn't all that great either but for me personally, taking a chance and having a great vacation made it all worth it. I will stay there again for sure. PS-make sure you ask for the price of drinks before you order them at any restaurant. I bought 1 drink that cost $55 alone which is absolutely insane.

  We LOVED our stay here! It was clean, spacious and GREAT location. The pool was nice and access to the beach was easy. There were chairs and umbrellas at the beach for rent. Absolutely recommend this place!

  My family and I had a really great time staying at this hotel. Everything is as described in the pictures. The owner was very helpful in answering all my inquiries regarding renting the property. We got such a great deal staying at this unit for a price way cheaper than what the hotel offers. The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The view from the balcony was fabulous and it was just a few feet away from the beach and a few blocks (walking distance) away from the heart of South Beach where all the dining and partying take place. I definitely recommend renting this property! I'll be back here for sure... Thanks Keely!

  The pictures are a perfect description of the property. We had a great stay for much cheaper then the hotel's rates. The location was great as it was in walking distance to everything but quieter then other places on the strip. It was wonderful to go out on the balcony and have a view of the beach as well as feel the wind from the ocean. We did have to wait abt an hour for the room to be cleaned but it was time well spent at the bar. The unit was spacious and we used the refrigerator and the cooktop. We will definitely be back. Thanks Keely for such a great rate!
