Le Perchoir is an adorable, renovated 3-storey village house, in the medieval village of Haut de Cagnes, about a 20 min walk from the beach. From the balcony you look out over the surrounding old houses and roof tops, and also catch a glimpse of the blue Mediterranean. You enter the house from the street directly into the combined living-dining room and the open kitchen. Walk down a couple of steps, and you get to the bedroom level, with one open bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a single bed, and one shower room with a toilet. On the top level of the house, there is another full bathroom, a loft sleeping 2, and a small living area. Just outside it is the balcony.
Le Perchoir is conveniently situated in the village, close to restaurants and also the free shuttle bus that runs up and down the hill every 15 minutes.
There is no parking that comes with the house, but you can park in the streets of the village (for free) or in a secure underground parking lot about a 5 min walk away (42€/week). Many guests find that they don´t really need a car - public transport is very good except late at night.
