We have 3 children and 7 grandchildren and for the past 4 years instead of buying presents for all of them the 15 of us have done something together as a family. In early 2010 I was searching for a cabin that would house all of us as we do a lot of camping and was hoping for that type of setting. The grandchildren love to swim so I was looking for a "cabin" with a swim pool and of course a pool table for the adults. I found the perfect fit, made the reservations, and had the most wonderful time at Big Sky Evergreen Lodge. The owners were easy to contact and very helpful in answering questions. The home sits in a secluded spot, has a beautiful view, and has a great sledding hill for the little ones (and adults too). The home is big enough and spread out where everyone had their "space" and we never heard noise from Tv's or music or little ones playing and laughing. We all had fun in the swimming pool, playing pool, playing games, watching movies, sledding, playing the beautiful baby grand piano, and eating!! The kitchen is well equipped, the only thing I couldn't find was an electric griddle. The home has everything you would want. We gave our children and grandchildren 3 choices for their Christmas gift this year and it was unanimous they wanted to go back to the Big Sky Evergreen Lodge so we are booked for this year also!!
