The Log Cabin is a newly built 500 sq.ft. cabin with 2 private bedrooms. Get ready to relax! You can enjoy the view of the Caddo River from the front deck as you kick back in one of several seating areas, while you are BBQing on the 8' grill or when you are in the 6-person hot tub. The grill and hot tub are located under a covered portion of the deck. The Log Cabin has a full kitchen with all the appliances and gadgets any cook would need. The living area is open to the kitchen with a 47' flat screen TV and plenty of comfy seating. The cabin has 2 private bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other a queen bed. The bathroom has a 3' x 5' tiled shower with plenty of fresh fluffy towels. Beach chairs and lawn chairs await you at the arbor located at the rivers edge. Enjoy fixing smores at the fire pit while playing horseshoes and cooling off in the river.

We arrived late on Friday afternoon to find our cabin warm and inviting, lights on and ready for us. The cabin was beautifully decorated and in a gorgeous location that encouraged relaxation and quality family time. We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed every moment. The kitchen had everything you could need, the linens were perfect, the beds were comfortable, and the furnishings were cozy. Lori (the home-owner) is friendly and helpful - always willing to help or re-supply items as needed. We will definitely be back. For future renters, keep in mind that this cabin is in a somewhat remote location so plan accordingly. Lori, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at “The Little Paradise” that you have . Everything was immaculate and very well appointed. You made us feel welcome from the first morning with your hospitality . Thanks for the coffee we needed it...lol. We also enjoyed dinner with you ..... Thanks for the compliments on the gumbo...I told ya !! We felt like we “entered as guest and left as friends” !! Your security system “Lillie & Maddie” were a pleasure to be around as well. Stayed for a relaxing anniversary weekend with my wife and we had a wonderful time. Super peaceful and and quiet. The property is beautiful and the cabin was extremely nice and cozy. Anything extra we needed that we forgot to pack was already there. I wish we could have stayed longer. I will definitely be coming back. This property is one of the best values I have seen on this site because there are no ridiculous cleaning or insurance fees. What a fun group from Texas! 4 couples renting both the Log Cabin and the Guest House were the perfect group to initiate the Log Cabin. There was plenty of room to accommodate everyone, they even invited friends over to BBQ that lived nearby. The fire pit by the river was a blaze while the horseshoes were being pitched. One of the male Texans gave me a thumbs up on the comfy bed and I appreciate all the compliments from everyone about the property and the Log Cabin. My husband Rick knew this was 'the place' the moment he pulled into the driveway. We had searched for several years for the perfect place and found it here. Nestled in the Ouachita National Forest with Caddo River frontage and a peacefulness that is hard to express. The old growth trees, fresh air and crystal clear running water of the Caddo are beautiful and provide mega doses of positive energy.
