Magnificent bay views from the lounge, dining and kitchen area's. This unit has a large TV, dining area opening out on to the balcony. It also has a modern fully equipped kitchen, this unit is great for a family or a quiet getaway! Electric BBQ is available for outdoor entertaining.
All bedrooms are located up 4 internal stairs and have built in robes. The main bedroom has an ensuite with walk in shower, ceiling fan and a private balcony. The main bathroom has a bath, double headed shower and a separate toilet. There is also a laundry with washer and dryer.
Single lock up garage with remote and extra car space complete the package.
There is a communal grassed area at the front of the property which adjoins the sand of the beach! You can’t get much closer than this!
