  From the moment we walked through the bright blue door we enjoyed the warm and welcoming feeling of this vintage yet contemporary home! It is obvious that the owners are very particular about the way they keep and maintain the home, and we loved the way the home was decorated and furnished. There were a lot of nice touches, and the big screen TV was bonus! We were very pleased by the owners quick attention to our needs...(like a 9X13 casserole dish for some of my meal preparations was brought over within a couple of hours; we couldn't get Netflix to work, and he came over right away to figure it out then show us exactly what to do!) The beds were very comfortable, and the home met our needs perfectly for the month, as welcomed our son back from his mission and helped get him set up at BYU. Of course the proximity to BYU, was great, and the conveniences of all the stores and restaurants in Provo and Orem were wonderful also. The breathtaking view from the picture windows, and the deer that visited the property, truly made us feel like the mountains were in our backyard. We had a truly wonderful experience, would recommend it to friends or family, and (with 3 kids currently attending BYU), will likely be back again very soon!

  The home is situated in a great part of town and everything was very accessible to everything in the town. The home is well maintained. It was wonderful that a young man was there everyday during the snowing time clearing the paths for us and a Christmas tree was already up for our arrival. We had a wonderful Christmas time with our kids who live in Provo. Thanks again

  We stayed at the Garden Home for about 3 1/2 months due to a sudden job relocation. We felt completely comfortable and at home there. The owner was always quick to respond to our requests and questions. The photos illustrate the charm of the property perfectly. Our kids absolutely loved the backyard, it was like a park. Great location and a great rental. We would highly recommend to anyone looking for a "home away from home."

  Wow! What a perfect stay we had at The Garden Home. Everything was exactly as described in the VRBO ad, and the owners exceeded expectations. It's an older home, so it has the old-home feel; but has been remodeled on the inside, so it has a fresh-feel. The neighborhood was safe and quiet; our kids loved the huge backyard...we could go on and on. We loved it so much, we expect to return each summer.

  Our family had the chance to stay at the Garden Home for nearly 3 weeks! It was a complete delight. The location is perfect...very close to BYU, golf course, everything that you would need to be close to in Provo! The home is in excellent condition and decorated very nicely. We expecially loved the beautiful yard, many eveings spent throwing the baseball and grilling corn! Everything that we needed for a comfortable stay was there. We look forward to staying at the Garden Home again in the future and recommned it very highly!...the neighbors are very nice too!

  This home was a great choice...far better than any luxury hotel..! It was clean, spacious and fully eequipped just as advertised. A beautiful, quiet neighborhood near everything you could want....shopping, recreation, transportation, food markets, etc. All managed by a gracious responsive host...! I will absolutely plan to stay at the Garden Home again; this was the perfect choice. Dealing with the property owner was a refreshing rarity; all of his communication was honest, accurate and immediate. I know you'll love this home as much as we did....!

  Our time in the Garden Home was an amazing time. Because everything was around us. For example, mountains, Provo Temple, Chapel, MTC, BYU, Provo Canyon, Utah Lake, etc. One thing that we love the most was the huge back yard because on it we enjoyed very nice times with friends and relatives. The BBQs on the back yard were awesome.!!! I strongly recommend The Garden Home because I know that your time in it will be great. Sincerely, Manuel Masbernat Chile

  This was a wonderful home to stay in for the Christmas Holiday! Our family loved the how clean and tidy everything was. (We are very picky) The kids loved playing in the upstairs bedroom and the huge back yard! As a mom, I loved both the kitchen (filled with everything I needed to cook for my family) and the large capacity washer and dryer. Also, the location was incredible for a quick day drive to Sundance Ski Village, visiting nearby friends and family and shopping at the mall. This home was the best family vacation accommodations we've had in Provo. (we've stayed everywhere else...Marriott Hotel and Conference center in downtown Provo, Spring Hill Suites and Marriott Courtyard.) I think I must add the most impressive aspect of our stay was when I had mentioned to the landlord that I needed to find some colored lights for our Christmas tree, he brought some over straight away which saved me both time and $. I will definitely stay again!!! Thank you Garden Home.

  My family loves visiting Provo at least twice a year to enjoy both Summer and Winter activities. We have stayed at the Downtown Marriott Hotel and Conference Center, the SpringHill Suites and the Marriott Courtyard. We booked his home for an entire month and found that not only were we happier with the spacious and warm accommodations, it was far less expensive than two rooms at any of the hotels we had stayed at previously. Because we were renting a real home, we enjoyed many conveniences that make a vacation easier...including a full eat-in kitchen, full size laundry, separate bedrooms and a huge backyard. The neighborhood was very well kept and the home was super clean, quiet and relaxing. This experience was totally different than any vacation we had taken before! We never felt invaded by hotel housekeeping, loud guests in hallways, busy parking lots crammed with cars and unnecessary phone calls from the front desk. It actually felt like a vacation. In addition to being super professional, Our host was always so kind and accommodating... his family even set up a decorated Christmas tree for our stay since it spanned Christmas! I have had such a good experience staying in this home, that I have looked into Vacation Rentals By Owner in other states that we plan to visit. It is a great way to enjoy more comfort and space for less expense.

  Our family really enjoyed our stay at the "Garden House", as it is called. It was comfortable, clean, well-maintained, and charming in it's style; definitely a home for families to enjoy. The appliances were of high quality and top anything a hotel could offer. Our highest expectations were met. The home is in a great location, close to many Provo/Orem attractions and is situated in a nice neighborhood. The owner is helpful. efficient and easy to contact. We would return to this home and highly recommend it to all who are interested.

  We loved to stay 2 months at the Garden Home - Provo Utah. This place is AWSOME!!! The house is very well decorated and has a great back yard (our kids loved to play there and we were able to do great barbecues with our friends). The rooms are large and we are close to everything. We hope to come back soon. We strong recommend this home.

  It's always difficult for me to find a family suitable home to take my four small children to. This place was perfect. The back yard with the clubhouse and seesaw was a huge hit. The owners did a fabulous job with the remodel. Everything was very clean and up to date.

  We enjoyed a comfortable, restful, and delightful time in this charming home. Accomodations were clean and attractively decorated. All kitchen and home needs were provided, the view of Tompanogus was beautiful, the front and back yards were well cared for and a joy to use and play in with our grandchildren.   Wonderful family setting, close to everything, quiet neighborhood, great hosts. House is unexpectedly roomy, tastefully decorated, and completely equipped for guests, including huge HDTV, washer, dryer, and laundry soap. Massive closets, spacious deck with magnificent view, covered parking. Just bring your toothbrush!
