Everything was excellent, from the initial enquiry util the moment we left. Eric could not have been more hospitable. Location was excellent, 5 mins walk max. to the subway. Plenty of interesting places to eat locally. You must try Waldy Pizza across the road, well worth it. When visiting again will definately stay here. Thanks Eric.Did you find this review helpful? This was a great alternative to a hotel for our stay in New York. The building was lovely, and the apartment clean and bright ,with very comfortable beds and a huge TV. The owner was completely available 24/7 by email, and he initiated an email conversation to make sure all was well. Place looks as nice or better than the photos. Relative to a New York hotel ( and I've stayed in lots), the elevators were quicker, and I felt the place was cleaner and less cramped. Also, there were so many fabulous places to get takeout in the neighborhood. I hadn't spent time in Chelsea and particularly enjoyed the "highline" (sp?) walk. As with many places in New York, the street noise was very loud so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

My family (me, husband, baby and mother-in-law) stayed here for a week of vacation in NYC. For the price, location, views and apartment we give it 5 stars. The location is perfect-- walking distance from Penn Station where we arrived, easy access to multiple subway lines, and half-way between downtown and the beginning of central park/uptown. There is a whole foods, trader joe's, and even buy buy baby right around the corner. Located on the 27th floor, the views from multiple vantage points are amazing. The apartment is tastefully decorated, the beds comfortable and the kitchen is nicely updated with all the essentials. There is a nice gym on the 2nd floor with free weights and lots of cardio machines. Also a laundry on that floor as well. Eric, the owner, was accommodating and easily accessible by text or phone to answer all our questions. My husband threw his back out and could barely walk the first few days we were here. Eric recommended a fabulous masseuse named Linda who came to the apartment three days in a row and got my husband walking again. She is awesome and a great addition to any vacation! Would absolutely stay here again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We loved our stay at this apartment. The outdoor wall waterfall was a wonderful welcome each time we returned to the apartment. The views from the bedrooms and living room were great, especially the view of the MetLife building. Madison Square Park is a short walk away (try the Shake Shack for lunch or dinner). Subway Station is a short walk. Wine and liquor store is right across from the apartment entrance, and mini markets and grocery stores are also nearby. Coffee shop is right next door. Fitness center is well-equipped. Accurate description, owner responded promptly to all emails, and apartment was well-kept and clean. Would stay here again.Did you find this review helpful? I am a fussy traveler. I want the places I stay to be what I expect. I have found that Eric & Craig's apartments are exactly as promised. This is our third time staying in one of their units and every time it has been as promised. The building is nice, the doorman are helpful, the elevator is speedy & prompt, and the apartment is clean & quiet & comfy. The floor to ceiling windows & views are great. The lights of the city at night are beautiful & surreal. Both Craig & Eric are easy to reach for city suggestions, restaurants, etc. We stayed for 10 days & will look forward to going back next year. If you want to be in the Chelsea area, I highly recommend one of their apartments.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We could not have enjoyed staying at this place more. We were my wife and I with our 2 year old and our child care provider and the place was a great fit for us. It is good size, certainly for NYC, it is nicely furnished and it had all the conveniences we needed. The place is close to Whole Foods and was great for accessing mid-town and was pretty well located for all that we did. The building was nice and it was great to be on a high floor as the street noise was minimal. We will for sure book this place if we are back in NYC. The owner was great, easy to communicate with and our stay was totally trouble free. Great place to stay. Thanks.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

In past holiday trips to NY, our family stayed in hotels like The Hilton and Marriott near Time Square and wanted to try something different and sure glad we did! This place was very comfortable for my family and also provided spectacular views from both bedrooms that the pictures don' t capture.. Owner Eric was really great and readily available .The doormen were also very friendly and helpful. Loved the location...close enough to everything yet at the end of the day you could leave the action and come home and relax. Definately on my list of returns if I get back to NY. I wish I could be more constructive but can't really think of one thing that didn't meet our expectations. I dont think you can go wrong staying at this location.Did you find this review helpful? First of all this place is absolutely beautiful! This was our first visit to New York and were very unsure of where to stay. My husband, myself and our 3yr old daughter stayed here. We looked at many hotel rooms and different areas of town. The hotel rooms are extremely small and we really wanted some space with our daughter. This apartment was perfect, it had the comfort and amenities of home. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. The beds and bedding were extremely comfortable. The views from all the rooms were absolutely incredible. We truly felt like New Yorkers, getting a glimpse of how it is to live in this wonderful place. The apartment is exactly as described and as it looks in the photos. The location is very convenient to subways and a lot of restaurants. Sunac which was a few blocks away had really great prepared food and sandwiches. For a quick bite of pizza, 2 Brothers was great. We used the MTA website to plan trips on the subway or the Embark app on our smart phone when we were out and about. Bryant Park was 1 subway stop away and Rockefeller Center & Times Square were about 2 stops away. It was great to jump on the subway and go wherever we wanted. Lastly, Eric and Craig were great. We had many questions before our trip. Eric was very prompt at replying to all our questions and concerns. We look forward to another trip to NYC and would love to stay here again. We can't imagine staying anywhere else, we highly recommend this rental.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 2/2

This is a wonderful place to stay. It's exceptionally clean, quiet, safe, beautifully furnished, well maintained. The apartment is a corner unit so has surrounding views! The building is near subway stations, restaurants, groceries, drug stores. Being in Chelsea, it is the perfect location to go all the way from Mid-town to Ground Zero. Eric was very accessible and very helpful. There were four of us on this trip and we all want to stay here on our next trip! I highly recommend this rental.Did you find this review helpful? arriving in the big apple on a buying trip, three bright eyed girls from Richmond stepped out of the elevator on the 27th floor and into an apartment with breathtaking views and feather top mattresses. they spent the next two days sipping wine on the roof, taking bubble baths, sleeping like princesses, and pinching themselves. their two bedroom apartment was the perfect oasis for three young women who spent their days shopping wholesale. from the floor to ceiling windows to the lamps on dimmer switches, 27h captured the city in all it's starry and sunny splendor. a must for those visiting the city that never sleeps, craig and erik have beautifully executed hospitality perfection. they don't miss a beat, and don't cut corners. the only corners one will remember are eight feet high and made of glass, capturing the skyscrapers from morning to night. as these three women travel home to their city only the river, they will never forget the two nights shared and spent and slept in luxury.Did you find this review helpful? My sister and I shared this apartment for 5 nights. It was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. Loved the full kitchen and the views. Be sure to go up to the rooftop for spectacular photo ops! Be aware that noise carries up from the street until late at night.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

We arrived just after Sandy hit NYC. Owners were very accommodating given the extraordinary situation. Apartment is very nice, large bedroom and a smaller bedroom with a fantastic view of One Madison clocktower. Good, functional kitchen. Dishwasher broke during our stay but maintenance man came within 24 hours to replace it. Location is convenient to many things. Building is nice, clean and safe. Would definitely stay again!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 1/1

Hi Eric, Sorry for the delay in getting this to you but if you could please add the below review it would be great. We had a great week in Craig and Eric's apartment. The location is amazing with a number of great bars and restaurants nearby and a 24/7 Duane Reade directly downstairs which is very handy and the subway is only a a few blocks away and was easy to get to. The aprtment itself was quite spacious for NYC standards and was very clean and the photos on the website show a true indication of what the aprtment looks like. Craig and Eric were great hosts and only a phone call away if we needed anthing. I will definelty we recommending this apartment to family and friends! Thanks again. Cheers, AndrewDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

First of all I want to say that Eric and Craig are the best and they saved my NYC vacation and peace of mind!!!! Until October 8th, my family and I did not have a place to stay in NYC for the scheduled 10 days. I had rented an apartment months ago, but did not figure out that it was a scam until 2 days before leaving. I had searched 40 rental properties on Oct. 8th and all but 1 were booked, that would be Eric and Craig's brand new apartment. What a hidden treasure in the Chelsea area! We love NYC, but had never stayed in the Chelsea area. Do not let the neighborhood fool you, it's Manhattan, we felt safe walking around the area at night and the subway was only a couple of blocks away, which btw, we use all the time we are in Manhattan, and late at night also. Perfect location, right in between Times Square and Downtown. The master bedroom was spacious, the glass box bedroom was very comfortable and the views at night are spectacular! Both beds were so comfortable, I slept like a baby (also, the apartment is so high up that you do not hear any street noise at all. The windows all open, so letting in the brisk air was a treat. You can see The Empire State Bldg. from the glass box bedroom. The living room/dining room has adequate room to socialize in, though small, it was comfortable. The bathroom is much larger compared to the picture on the website. There is a four-compartment mirror cabinet, so all four of us had our own cabinet space for our toiletries, that made it really nice, (but make sure you bring your own hair-dryer). The kitchen had everything one would need if you wanted to cook a meal. The dishwasher was having problems but I am sure that Eric has attended to that. Also, there was never a need to go out and buy toilet paper or paper towels or kleenex, Eric had all those items stocked, which I have to say is very thoughtful. Though there is a small market store right across the street where we bought things like milk and water, etc. The building has a 24-hour work-out room, a laundry room (which came in handy), and all of the guys that worked the 24-hr. doorman bldg. were very nice and very helpful. There were many restaurants in walking distance; however; we mostly dined in mid-town and the upper east side, which is where we usually stay. We want to thank Eric and Craig for a wonderful stay and we would like to tell you that we will probably stay with you again sometime in the future! Thank you-TinaDid you find this review helpful?
