The villa is situated near the beach and allows to comfort 7 persons. Total living space is 210m² (2300 square feet) and it's 750m² plot (8100 square feet) In 2010 the villa had a huge renovation project. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning.
The Master bedroom has 1 bed 180 x 200 cm; Bedroom nr.2 has 2 bed's size 80 x 200 cm; Bedroom nr.3 has 1 bed size 160 x 200 cm; Bedroom nr.4 has 1 bed size 120 x 200 cm; a camping (baby) cot with mattress is also available. The master bedroom has it's own master bathroom, the other three bedrooms have a split bathroom. The villa does have wifi internet and Indosat satelite reciever.
The swimming pool size is 6.5 x 3 x 1.5 mtr (LxBxD)
