This unit is ground floor right on the famous Mission Beach boardwalk. The views of the ocean are awesome as you prepare meals and serve drinks in a beautiful upscale kitchen. There are travertine floors and showers, hardwood floors, convertible Euro Loungers, plus Ipod stereo with multiple TV’s & DVD.
We own the entire ground floor and even another unit upstairs. That means there are multiple adjoining condos to accommodate large parties. In addition to Unit #2, on the first floor there is a huge 1 bedroom oceanfront condo that sleeps 8 and a studio with kitchenette that sleeps 2. With the upstairs unit we can sleep a TOTAL of 30 if you wish. If you need to sleep more, we can organize up to 60 throughout the entire building!! This property is great for family reunions or corporate events!
The windows are dual pane so the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk and the beach can easily be muffled so that there is no noise. All the windows are new roller shades with black out shades in the bedrooms for privacy. With the doors open you can enjoy the quiet sound of the ocean or sounds of the Mission Beach Boardwalk as it passes in front of you. There are dual security doors that use codes to let you and your guests in and out - no keys required. Other amenities include high speed wireless internet, ceiling fans, pendant dimming lights, under counter lighting, dining table, bar stools, and more.
Unit #2 has a beautiful master suite with private bathroom and shower. All units include upscale sheets, towels, utensils, Maytag washer and dryer, and sunshine! There is parking on site plus a huge private patio including outdoor stainless steel barbecue. We just added comfortable Euro-Loungers that each can sleep 2 bringing the total to 10 people sleeping comfortably!
This property is in a perfect location. It is just two blocks south of World Famous Restaurant and minutes from La Jolla, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, shopping, airport, and the Gas lamp district. We have one of the few staircases to the sand so you don't have to jump the crusty seawall onto hot sand!
This property is perfect for a weekend getaway, honeymoon, family vacation, family reunion, or corporate event.

Why the Owner Chose Mission Beach
I fell in love with Unit 2 because it was a ground floor, no hassle - elevator or stairs. We are located right on the famous Mission Beach boardwalk and cannot any closer to the ocean! Our cross street is YORK which is just two blocks south of PB drive (World Famous Restaurant)- close to food, shopping, coffee, clubs, everything in Mission and Pacific Beach.
Since purchasing this property, I brought in super comfortable beds, Calvin Klein sheets, pillows and towels. I stay in this beach house often and add more features each time. We recently added the new and sexy European Loungers that recline partially or all the way back into a comfortable bed. We've added high def LCD television mounted on the corner view wall with dvd, ipod and lava lamps. I've made sure the kitchen is perfect for any type of entertaining!
Recently, we added a natural gas BBQ system in our patio including lighting and electrical for your blender or entertainment device. I changed all the drapes to the new roller shades and made sure the bedrooms had black out ones so you can sleep in. From the shower heads to the trash cans - everything has been attended to!!!!

We are positioned so each morning and afternoon you'll see the dolphins swimming by. We have one of the few staircases to the beach so you don't have to jump over the scratchy old sea wall. Our cross street York is a perfect location to watch swimmers and surfers. You're only a two minute walk to the best coffee on the beach, two minutes to World Famous Restaurant, three minutes to shopping! We have bike parking, security throughout, no keys, ceiling fans and tasteful decor.

"The Closest to Perfect Vacation Yet!" We loved our vacation at Mission Beach! The location is a 10 on a 10 scale! There is no improvement on that! So much to do! The house was nice! Maurice and Alex were amazing, very accommodating! If the house doesn't have something, just ask and they will find it in another unit. The view is awesome, step out the door and you are on the boardwalk! You don't need to go anywhere! There is amazing restaurant within a minute walk, no exaggeration! You will love it, we rented 2 bottom units and had 3 families and my parents join us, it was perfect! We definitely will be back!
