I want to thank Mr. Reina for a facilitaring the most wonderful vacation for me and my family, is amazing how clean and spacecious his apartment is. I enjoyed preparing meals for my family while enjoying the wonderful ocean view from every angle of the kitchen. It was nice to relax while reading a book and siping on red wine by the quite garden. Plus the view from the balcony was amazing while having coffee in the morning or snacks in the afternoon. The grounds were beautiful and safe, the folks working at the complex were very nice and attentive. Thank you so much for all your recommendations in effort to make our stay a pleasant one. And since you like shopping, you were also able to enjoy the Aguadilla shopping mall, where you were able to find many familiar stores, like K-mart, Radio Shack, Payless, Marshall's and many others. The unit our family stayed in was wonderful! We loved that it was fully equipped with everything we needed such as fresh towels, washer & dryer, all kitchen appliances, and beautiful furniture. Our family felt like we were at home. The magnificent view from the balcony was the best part. We enjoyed our morning coffee there & relaxed after a long day to the awesome sunsets. We had a blast at the pool where the view was overwhelmingly beautiful. We like that even though there are lots of visitors, it felt private and the security was great and always made themselves known. We felt very safe & that is very important to us. We loved this place so much we plan to visit again and if all goes well, we plan to buy!!! Best place we have stayed at by far, including a timeshare we used to own. We would like to thank Robert R. All in all, we were very pleased with our stay at your lovely home. The view from the balcony is gorgeous and the place was very comfortable for us 4. The only problem we encountered were operating the electronics in the condo. It would have been helpful if there were instructions on how to operate the tv and dvd player. Also, some restaurant recommendations would have been helpful. We had a wonderful time and look forward to coming back in the future. I am glad we found this location. Robert was easy to work with, the condo was clean and the people in the complex were friendly (we enjoyed meeting “Grandpa” Bill who knows a lot about the area). The pool, though not heated, was clean and refreshing. The sunset poolside or from our balcony was amazing. The quiet mornings eating breakfast on the balcony with a view of the ocean was also great. Crash boat beach is just a couple minutes drive from the complex. Though it was crowded, we were still able to find a little private corner to enjoy lunch and the water (clear and warm). It would have been a plus if the condo was equipped with a binder/journal of any recommendations on where to eat or any interesting locations to visit in the surrounding area. Or a how to manual to work the TV in the sitting room :) I’m sure Robert would have walked us through it but it wasn’t a big enough concern for us. We hope to return to Puerto Rico, if we visit Aguadilla again, we would definitely look to stay in this condo.Owner response: Hi Cristina, thank you so much for your review, I'm glad you had a great time and that everything went well. When Robert Reina, the very helpful and super-friendly condo owner, described Puerta del Mar as paradise, he wasn't kidding. I really hope you book this amazing condo experience. It's a great location near EVERYTHING you need in Aguadilla. His super clean, well decorated, 2-bedroom apartment was so spacious and relaxing. Really nice amenities. A huge balcony with lots of rocking chairs and views of the ocean. Comfy beds and couches. Nice sitting areas and TVs in every room. Working WIFI. Hot showers. Big bathrooms. Easy to use washer/dryers. Plus the kitchen was really well equip and perfect for cooking big meals and making cocktails. The condo complex itself was inviting and safe in a stunning gated community. The grounds were well kept with colorful vegetation. Lots of nice people around. The pool area was always so clean and the pool so refreshing. How it overlooks the Caribbean will take your breath away. I only wish there were a hot jacuzzi. All in all, I would 100% book here again, no questions asked, and have already recommended it to a few friends. You can't go wrong and Robert is EXCELLENT to work with. The apartment was very clean, well stocked with amenities and some basic supplies, and had a great view of the ocean from the terrace. Access to the complex was very smooth and easy to do. Robert (owner) responded to all emails almost immediately and was very attentive to promoting an enjoyable stay. Since we have stayed at the complex before we were familaiar with the location and surroundings but waking up to a view ofthe ocean was a first for us at Puertas del Mar. The beach is literally less than a 3 minute drive down the hill which allowed us to come and go as we pleased enjoying the beach, lunches at a great condo and the ability to return for afternoon sun and surf rather effortlessly.Owner response: James, thanks for your review, I'm very pleased that you had a wonderful time and that our condo was clean and well prepared for your visit. In Addition, I (we) agree that we will not be entitled to a refund or rent money, nor relocation to another property, and will have no claim or recourse against the Owner, Property Management, etc. 7. I (We), our guests and visitors, agree to not smoke in the apartment, on or near the property. Nor bring on to the premises any pesticides, cleaning products, aerosol sanitizers, air fragrances etc. Also that there will be no loud or large parties in the apartment or on the premise. That all listed previously will maintain the premises in good order and appearance and conduct themselves in a manner inoffensive to the neighbours. 8. I (we) our guests and visitors, agree that any drug use on the property, or any disturbance, annoyance, endanger, or inconvenience of the neighbours; or use the premises for any immoral or unlawful purposes, or violate any law or ordnance or commit waste or nuisance on or about the premises will immediately terminate our occupancy and rental agreement of these premises. 9. Owner or Owner’s Agent may enter the premises immediately in the event of an emergency, in order to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance; and with 24 hours notice, for normal maintenance or to show a prospective renter. 10. Occupancy (including small children, infants and visitors) is not to exceed 2 persons without prior permission from the Owner, Managers. If more than the maximum number is found to be occupying the leased property, I (we) agree that a charge of $150.00 per person will be made to my (our) credit card, or if I (we) are paying by check or money order, I (we) will promptly submit moneys due. Additionally, this Agreement may be immediately terminated without refund. 11. Occupancy of RV campers, boats and jet skis on parking lot is forbidden. 12. Only homeowner and Managers of Property are allowed to have pets on the premises – except Seeing Eye dogs with prior authorization. 13. I (we) shall be responsible for all damage, breakage and /or loss to the premises, except normal wear and tear and unavoidable casualties (deemed by Managers of Property) which may result from Occupancy. I (we) agree that all pipes, wires, glass, plumbing, household contents, etc., other equipment and fixtures will be in the same condition as at the beginning of our stay, or may put in during the term of the lease, reasonable wear and tear and damage by unavoidable fire and casualty only exception. 14. The property will be left in the same good and habitable condition. Any damages or notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Property Managers within one (1) hour of Occupancy. I understand the property will be inspected prior to my (our) inhabitants and when I/ We depart. Otherwise, I (we) agree that repair costs for any damages may be posted to my (our) credit card, or, if I (we) are paying by check or money order, I (we) will promptly submit the moneys due for full cost of replacement/ repair. Beds should not be “stripped”, and towels should not be “piled” when you vacate the unit. 18. Owner shall not be liable to Tenant, Tenant’s guests, licenses or invitees or any other person for any injury, loss or damage to any person or property on or about the premises. Tenant shall hold Owner and Managers harmless and indemnified from and against all loss, injury or damage occasioned by the use or misuse or abuse of any part of the premises, parking lot, beach or community and from or against any omission, neglect, or default of Tenant, his guess, licensees or invitees. 19.
