Located on the sunny side of the Big Island, this two bedroom / two bathroom condominium is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and offers a breathtaking panoramic golf course view from the private lanai.
Designed to feel like home away from home, this tastefully decorated condo offers plenty of comfortable seating in the living and dining rooms. The living room hosts a large screen TV with cable, blu-ray / DVD, as well as high-speed internet access. Open the lanai door and turn on the ceiling fans to bring in the comforting tropical Hawaiian breeze, or enjoy the cool refreshing air-conditioned environment.
Sleep well on the high-end pillow-top mattresses. The master bedroom has a king bed, plenty of dresser storage, and a flat-screen cable TV. The spa-like spacious adjoining bathroom has a double vanity, soaker tub, shower, and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds, also with pillow-top mattresses and plenty of dresser / closet storage. The adjacent guest bathroom includes a tub / shower and single granite vanity. All linens and towels are supplied and a washer and dryer are conveniently located within the unit.
Choose between grilling on the lanai or preparing meals in the gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances; the unit is fully equipped with plenty of dishes, cookware, and small appliances.
No need to pack your beach gear; we provide several boogie boards, beach/pool towels, beach mats, and four backpack chairs with built-in coolers and storage pouches. So take in a picturesque sunset at Anaeho'omalu Beach, or enjoy the heavenly white sand and blue waves at nearby Hapuna Beach.
Our condo is minutes away from the Queens’ MarketPlace and Kings’ Shops, where you can enjoy concerts, hulas, arts & crafts, and other special events. You will be amazed by the wonderful selection of boutiques, galleries, services, restaurants, coffee shops, and even a gourmet market / grocery store. What a GREAT place in such a great part of the world. This place was perfect for the 3 of us. All the luxuries of home and more. Great for families, lots of room. The elevator was really helpful for luggage and baby stroller. We had a FANTASTIC time. Thanks for everything!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway.

We stay in this complex almost every year. This unit was very comfortable and clean. The bed was excellent. There are several things the owner should be aware of however that made our stay a little less disirerable. Air conditioning would only run at a 65 degree setting with no adjustments and seamed to run all the time when in the on position. I got a tiny sliver of glass in my toe walking across the bedroom carpet the first day so we ran the vacuum over the floor seveal times. Only one set of keys. Coffee pot for two cups. No snorkel gear. Tried to contact listed phone numbers with no success, so we where glad there were no real problems.Recommended for: Age 55+.

We have replaced the coffee pot and are working on the air conditioning maintenance. It is standard to have two sets of keys and working contact numbers available; we will certainly follow up with our local property managers on these items. Please know that you can always reach us through this site as an alternative. With the snorkel gear, we have no way of knowing whether the last users have thoroughly disinfected it, so we opted not to offer it for health reasons. Thank you again for your response.

A perfect location for the big island. Lots to do and see within walking distance. The pool and workout room are really close to this unit. It was clean and quiet. We like having the outdoor kitchen/bar b q on the deck. We felt right at home. This is our fourth time on the Big Island and there is still more to see.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.

I recently stayed in your fabulous villa in early June this year and had such a great holiday I would like to do it all again next year. Your advise concerning the golf card was great and I managed to play 2 times each day, with great weather to match. Listing was discribed and beautiful. Photos are accurate and the property was clean and big. I had a question after I rented the property and the owners got back to me quickly. It was a wonderful stay. convenient to shopping and resturants and pool. Outside kitchen is beautiful and quick and nice for easy bar b que meals. Our family stayed here on our recent trip to the Big Island. It was a short five day stop over on the way to Poipu, Kauai. We couldn't have been MORE pleased! Not only is the condo set in a lovely, private, quiet, condominium complex overlooking the golf course, it was clean, beautifully furnished, with nice linens, comfortable beds, and a cozy sofa and love seat. The owners were thoughtful enough to provided all the amenities you could ask for, including towels, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, beach stuff for children, a portable crib, and air conditioning! All this and just a stones throw from the shops and restaurants at Queens Market. This place is perfect for a getaway! We loved Waikoloa, and even though it is the Big Island, we drove the entire island in a day, which included a visit to Volcanoes National Park, Hilo, a few waterfalls, lunch and a helicopter tour. The owners were outstanding to work with. They were very attentive and helped us with every question we had. They even included a document listing their favorite activities on the Big Island. Aside from an empty propane tank for the grill (which was promptly replaced), our only complaint was that the trip wasn't long enough! If we ever find ourselves on the Big Island again, we will definitely stay here! Loved EVERY minute! Thank you so much for the memories.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, people with disabilities, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, adventure seekers.
