This lovely house enjoys a quiet, private setting. The furnishings and décor are tasteful and new. The house has two terraces and recent landscaping with lavender and native plants. Walls and trees enclose the land (close to 1 acre.) The house and garden look out over the Vaucluse Mountains and Luberon. There are steps leading down to a fenced pool (3m x 4.6m) and Jacuzzi. The pool area is equipped with nice outdoor furniture and a barbecue. There are tennis courts in nearby Beaumes de Venise (3.2 km), horseback riding facilities in Loriol du Comtat (6 km), and golf at Grand Avignon (22 km). Please note: The property's many levels and steps might be difficult for small children to navigate. Three hours of weekly maid service are included in the rental price. Non-smokers are preferred.

Four steps higher from the living room is one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), which can be made into one double bed upon request, and a third bedroom with a queen-sized bed (160 cm). These two bedrooms share a very nice bathroom with two sinks, a WC, and shower. There is a laundry room with a washing machine.
