My family and I spent the week at this property. There were 4 adults and 4 children under age 8. The home was clean and well stocked with everything that we could need, and I'm pretty sure my kids would have been more than happy to spend the week in the game room in the garage had we not taken them to the Disney parks! The parks were only about a 5 minute drive away, and it was so nice to be able to come back to a house with a private pool after spending long days with Mickey and his crew. Francois, the home's owner, was prompt with his response to any questions I had prior to the trip, and was very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely recommend this home for anyone who is taking a Disney vacation and doesn't want to stay on Disney property - it was a wonderful week!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

fantastic house, very clean, and well located, completely furnished, some days we just wanted to stay and enjoy the house, boys were very happy with the pool, the park and lake located close to the house, we highly recommend this property for families with babies, kids, teenagers and adults, we for sure will be back next year, 10 min from the parks and 2min from good restaurant and supermarkets.Did you find this review helpful? Superbe maison, très propre. Les photos sur le site sont fidèles à la réalité. Parfaitement située, à seulement quelques minutes des Parcs. À proximité des magasins grande surface (Target et Walmart). On ne manquait de rien, côté cuisine!! Les proprios ont répondu amplement à toutes nos questions. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine, la décoration de leur chambre et tous les jeux mis à leur disposition (Playstation, billard, baby foot,...). Je recommanderais cette maison à tous mes amis, et retournerai sans doute lors d'un prochain voyage à Walt Disney.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

(Our stay: 6/24/12 – 6/29/12) We are so happy we rented the home. The home was clean and looked just like the pictures. Plenty of towels for our crew of 8 and the pool was a delight. The kitchen is a great size and had several condiments that we were able to take advantage of. The grocery store(s) were very close along with many restaurants. All theme parks are in close proximity. The beds were nice and comfy and there was great closet space in all the bedrooms. The game room in the garage was a great hit for all. We didn’t have any use for the stroller and other baby items, but I really think that’s a good gesture of the homeowner to have in the home for those who need it. We had purchased the service of a grill and when we reached the home, the grill was not there. We didn’t inform the management until the next day because we arrived at the home later in the evening. It took a little while for arrival, but it came around lunch time so that we could start grilling for our surprise birthday dinner. Also upon arrival, we decided that we wanted pool heat because the pool and hot tub was a bit cold. That was taken care of in about an hour or so. We did notice after we paid for 4 days for the heat for the pool/hot tub, that it had been turned off Thursday. We didn’t understand why that happened. The only negative thing that I can point out was that the walls and doors are paper thin. In the main master bedroom, we could hear the TV in the living room very clearly and any conversations that were going on in the living room or in the ‘boys’ room next door. We also had trouble with the can opener. It was not sharp at all and ended up purchasing one from the store. These two things are very minor though and didn’t put a damper on our stay. I do have one suggestion to the homeowner and that is to put a fan in the the garage/gameroom. It was stiffling hot in there. We felt like home the minute we walked in ! The house is bigger than we imagined clean and better looking than the pictures. Our 3 children had their own space and enjoyed the game room a lot. The neighborhood is also very quiet. The beds are very comfy. The kitchen is fully equipped, more than expected. The pool is on the sunny side all day long. We enjoyed resting and eating on the terrasse. It is very close to Disney (10-15 minutes) and Universal is about(20-25 minutes). Close to SuperTarget and restaurants ! Quel beau séjour lors de notre vacance familiale. La maison est moderne, comme je les aime, et l'entretien est super. Tous les détails du site VRBO correspondent parfaitement à ce qu'on y retrouve sur place. Pas de mauvaise surprise. Le décor et les oursons Mickey et Minnie ont fait le bonheur de mes 2 petites-filles qui les ont bercés et dorlotés tous les jours. Le proprio a pensé à tout...et pour les petits comme pour les grands. Et que dire de la gentillesse et du service à la clientèle de deux types fort sympathiques : le propriétaire, François Villiet, de Montréal et de son gérant à l'entretien, Michel Saumonneau, à Kissimmee. Un retour d'appel rapide de la part de François à mon conjoint lui a permis de passer les douanes sans pépin et de pouvoir nous visiter quelques jours à Magic House. Quant à Michel, il a fait des pieds et des mains pour répondre à tous nos besoins. Je recommande fortement Magic House à quiconque veut être à deux pas des portes de Disney et qui aime le confort. Indian creek always a great location to stay as so close to all the parks. House was very clean and tidy and nicely decorated , only issue would be the house sleeps 8 people but the dinning table only has 6 seats ?Owner response: There is a dining table with 6 seats and a kitchen table with 4 seats

This house was Awesome!! Immaculate & if you follow the rules in the binder you won't have any problems with the insects & wildlife. We had a Great time!! hope to rent the same house on our next visit!! Very Close to all parks, restaurants, Shopping & supermarkets!! Thanks for the great memories!! everyone had their own room. plenty of bathrooms, plenty of towels, even pool towels. This is about the 6th time that we have stayed in Indian Creek and as always, the home was great. We had everything that we needed and the home was extremely clean. The owner was great to work with on short notice and the instruction notebook about the home and the surrounding area were very helpful. I would surely stay here again on my next trip to Disney.Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family loved the Magic House. It was clean, spacious, modern, and minutes away from everything. It was just as described and even better than the pictures. The owner is very helpful and prompt to answer any questions. Maison très propre, bien aménagée, à proximité de Walt Disney et de plusieurs services tels l'épicerie. Pour les journées de repos, il y a la piscine, un parc de quartier à deux coins de rue et une facilité d'accès aux autres attraits de la région. My family and I stayed at the Magic House on our vacation this year and we all agree that it made our vacation even better. My kids felt right at home and felt that it was much better than staying in a hotel.My husband and I both being working parents, liked the fact that we were able to save money by cooking meals each night and not having to eat out. We thank the owner for keeping it so nice and clean. House is exactly as advertised, clean and perfectly located only 10 minutes from Disney's main entrance. Several restaurants and stores close by. All bedrooms have comfortable beds, nice living and dining room, all new furniture. Pool and spa are also very clean. Very good service from house owner. Would go back anytime.Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home away from home. It was clean, well equipped and a great location. The pool and patio area were great and much enjoyed. Quick and easy drive to Disney. The owner always answered emails quickly. We would go back tomorrow if we could! The only thing missing were alarm clocks in the master bedrooms.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

We just arrived home from a week at this wonderful home. It was clean, well furnished, fully equipped kitchen and a great patio and pool area. The location was great, easy and quick drive to Disney. The owner was always quick to answer any of our emails. We would go back anytime and would highly recommend this home. Only thing missing were alarm clocks in the 2 master bedrooms.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children.

Family of 4 from WI spent the week at this home. We loved everything about it. The house was clean. The pool was clean and well kept. Everything was as described in the Homeaway web site. Was so nice to come back from the long hot day at Disney and hop into the nice cool pool.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

This house is perfectly located for all Disney attractions. It also has all the amenities you can desire. A kitchen equip to the max, 2 adults bedrooms and 2 children bedrooms, a pool, a game room, ample space... It also is located in a nice neighborhood. Very quiet. The owners are very nice and prompt to answer their email. We got stuck in Orlando for an extra day and they where very nice and fast to answer us so we didn't have to worry on where to go.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Our family just returned from a week long stay in Florida. We truly had a magical vacation and this beautiful home played a big part. Everything is so new, fresh and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware / dishes. The owner and property manager were quite responsive to all our needs and inquiries. Loved the location with quick access to stores, restaurants and Disney. What we loved most was the pool, the park and the game room. Thank you so much.Recommended for: Families with teenagers
