Year Purchased: 2004
We reside in Ohio and have three girls ages 6, 9, & 11. We look forward to using our condo in Indian Shores two times a year. Always the third week of October and usually early summer.
Why the Owner Chose Other Indian Shores Properties
We live in Northern Ohio where the climate is not always perfect like Indian Shores, Florida.
When we have a couple weeks to vacation somewhere, we want it to be somewhere warm, relaxing, things to do in the area with our kids and only about an hour drive to Orlando for Disney. There is so much to do and see with warm weather all year round...we just LOVE it!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Knowing the places to dine-out like the Salt Rock Grille, The Lobster Pot, PJ's for fresh fish or the best ever clam chowder! Going Minature Putting at the Smuggler's Cove is a highlight, we get to feed over 20 hungry alligators half way through the course.
We also enjoy spending a day at Clearwater Beach and Pier. They have vendors selling all kinds of unique gifts and the girls get their hair braided & beaded, we eat pizza on the pier while watching the sun set, it doesnt get better than that!

hello i hope everyone who stays in our condo enjoys it as much as we do. we have done everything to furnish it with everything we feel you wiil need. if we have overlooked something we welcome your sugestions to help us make this a perfect vacation home. our goal is to make our condo something you would like to make an annual vacation!!
