This 3 year old sunny open home is the perfect setting for a family vacation. Peacefully set in a large yard surrounded by trees you feel far away from the bustle of Main Street, yet the home is a 5 minute walk from your front door. South Beach is just a 10 minute bike ride or drive.
Downstairs has a large Barn (family) room w/fireplace; eat in kitchen, separate Dining Room w/fireplace, study/office, and powder room and Living Room w/fireplace. Off of the Living Room is an in-law suite complete with private patio, study w/fireplace&fridge, bedroom with King Bed, walk in closet and bath with separate tub and shower.
Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms: the first with queen bed and private bathroom, the second with 2 twin beds and third with 2 bunk beds, these two rooms share a bathroom.
Outside, there are two patios, charcoal grill, hammock, lacrosse net, outdoor shower, and plenty of space to play games and chase fireflies.
