Ground Floor: There is a large entrance hall with an original marble staircase. The living room features an original marble column, an open fireplace, and French doors opening to a dining terrace. There is a dining room and an open plan kitchen. There is also a guest WC. First Floor: The first bedroom has a double bed (2m wide) and offers views over the sea, port, and old town of Menton. There is an ensuite bathroom, dressing room, separate ensuite shower room, and a WC. The second bedroom has a double bed (1.80m), an ensuite bathroom, and a WC. There is also a children's bedroom (0.90m bunk beds) with an ensuite bathroom and WC. There is a large bedroom with a single bed (1.2m) and views over the sea, port, and old town of Menton. There is a separate shower room and a WC. Both the landing and the children's bedroom open onto a garden terrace with sea views. Lower Garden Level: There is a self-contained apartment with a living room, kitchen, bedroom with double bed (1.4m), and an ensuite bathroom, WC, and dressing area. There is a covered terrace overlooking the port and sea.
