Casa Elenora is a lovely, private Tuscan farmhouse on a hillside close to the charming town of Cetona in Southern Tuscany. From this Tuscany villa rental you can soak in the views and the peace and quiet from the pool, while sipping a glass of Vino Nobile from nearby Montepulciano. Take day trips throughout the region, enjoying the picturesque roads leading to such wonderful towns as Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza and Cetona. You can also plan a spa day to visit the well-known spas of Chianciano Terme and San Casciano dei Bagni.
(4,000 m2) This three-story, stone-built house is situated on a hill, just off the unpaved road that leads to the center of the hamlet, 800 meters away. The Tuscany villa has been recently and beautifully restored and furnished with modern conveniences and a private garden with pool (lined in beige, so the water appears green). There is an outside dining area equipped with a table and chairs. Since the house is built on a slope, there are steps inside and outside of the house. Up the hill from the farmhouse is the main villa of the hamlet, where many precious artifacts were found at the beginning of the century; the villa's cellar was once an Etruscan tomb (8th century BC!). The road to the house is unpaved but well kept. Parking is available on the property.
(500 m2) Three floors Ground floor: This floor has a large, open living room with a fireplace, chairs, and comfortable sofas. The dining room has a wooden dining table for ten. The fully equipped kitchen has an open fireplace for use as an indoor barbecue and a table for 6-8. Along with the normal kitchen appliances, there is also a dishwasher. On this same floor there are two double bedrooms: one bedroom has two twin-beds (90cm x 195cm each), a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and WC; the second, smaller bedroom has a queen-size bed. Adjacent to this bedroom is a separate bathroom with shower (with curtain), bidet and WC. First floor: (up seven stairs) There are two double bedrooms: one bedroom has a king-size bed (180cm x 195cm), a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower (the shower has a curtain) and WC; the second bedroom two twin-beds (100cm x 195cm each) and a walk-in closet. There is a bathroom with a tub and wall-mounted showerhead (with curtain), a bidet and WC. Second floor: (up twelve stairs) The master bedroom has a king-size bed (180cm x 195cm), a spectacular view of the valley, and an ensuite bathroom with a tub with a wall-mounted showerhead (with curtain) and WC. There is also a TV room with comfortable chairs and a fireplace. Laundry room: A laundry room with a washing machine is only accessible from outside of the house.
