Although newly built in 2001, the villa is traditional in style, with stone walls both inside and out.

An open-plan kitchen is equipped with refrigerator, oven, and dishwasher next to a small dining table. The ground floor bedroom has a 160 cm queen-sized bed and an adjacent bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. First Floor: Upstairs you will find another bedroom with a 180 cm king-sized bed. The bathroom has toilet, sink, and bathtub with handheld showerhead. The bedroom opens out onto a balcony with chairs and a table.
